Reincarnated

Xou Lan had just started her first day at her new school. She had looked up all the notes for the unit the previous day, going over them repetitively. In her previous school she had been labeled a genius. She did not care much for her reputation, all she wanted was to quietly finish the year without any complications. As she entered her first class she was hit by a small wave of dizziness. She ignored it and headed into the classroom. As she headed towards the back of the class, she could not help but catch the attention of the students who had arrived earlier then her. The men, all gawked at her their eyes full of surprise, they had never seen a more beautiful women before. The women all glared, all their eyes filled with jealousy and hate. Xou Lan continued to ignore then as she sat herself down. As she pulled out her notes and pencil bag she started to feel even dizzier than before. Xou Lan frowned, her face full of obvious annoyance, did her body have to choose today to feel unwell? Was it too much to ask for a normal first day? Xou Lan got up, about to head to the nurse's office when a sudden stabbing pain become apparent in her lower abdomen. The pain was excruciating. It was as if a thousand swords had been lunged into her. She moaned in agony as she clutched her stomach. Her vision faded and she hit the floor, but the next thing she knew she was in a completely different world.

Xou Lan had woken up to the screams of Xou Fei. "Who do you think you are to try and tell this young Miss what to do?! Have you servants gotten so courageous that you would even bite the hand that feeds you?! She screamed as she whipped Xou Lan's servants.

"Please young Miss quell your anger, this humble servant did not mean to defy you, she was only doing as her Mistress said." the servant cried.

"Yet you continue to insult me with that bitch's name!" screamed Xou Fei as she continued to whip the servant. Xou Lan was just now coming to her senses, as all of the memories from the previous owner flooded into her mind. She was a bastard child of Marquis Xou. When she was younger she was loved dearly by both her father and mother. Her father would always dote on her and he would bestow many lavish dresses dolls to her. When she turned five her mother and her moved into the Xou Estate under the guise of a maid and her daughter, but when Marquess Xou found out she was enraged. She locked up Xou Lan's mother in a jail cell beneath the Xou Estate; beating and starving her for days. It was in this time that Er Mou, Xou Lan's mother died. Since then Xou Lan had become docile, and was easily bullied by her elder sister. She was neglected by her father and she grew up hated by all the servants and was treated worse than pigs. Under all of this stress, Xou Lan killed herself in the hope that she would be reunited with her mother and she would finally be at peace. Now that Xou Lan had taken over the previous owners body she was determined to do her justice. She would not live as the cowardly bastard Young Miss no longer, but the intelligent, fierce, Xou Lan of her past life. Xou Lan walked up to Xou Fei and slapped the whip out of her hand. "Who are you to punish my servants?" Xou Lan said calmly.

Surprised Xou Fei retorted "who are you to tell this Young Miss what she should and shouldn't do? You are but only a lowly bastard child who should have never been born!" she screamed "if not for that slut Er Mou, my family would have remained peaceful!!!"

Furiated Xou Lan's pupils dilated and for a moment it was as if the room had gotten colder. Xou Fei could sense the change in Xou Lan and for a moment traces of fear were shown on her face, but she quickly concealed it.

"Xou...Fei… you are asking for death!" Xou Lan screamed as she slowly got closer and closer to Xou Fei.

Petrified Xou Fei weakly replied " stop… no...you--you stay away from me."

Looking down at the pale faced Xou Fei, Xou Lan had no intention of stopping. When she inherited the memories of the past Xou Lan, all of her feeling came with her, and she knew that she dearly loved her mother and even if the past Xou Lan was too weak to stand up for herself she would not be the same! She was not to be bullied and anyone who sullied her mothers name would be severely punished! As she got closer to Xou Lan she raised her hand and delivered her a hard slap. Xou Fei was launched backwards, tears in her eyes and her hand on her swollen cheek. Xou Lan continued to slap Xou Fei till her face was as swollen and round as a pig. Xou Fei was perplexed, how did her seemingly weak younger sister change into this demon! "I'll do anything sister, please just let me go!" Xou Fei cried

"You think I would just let you go, just like that?" Xou Lan chortled "You say you are willing to do anything, fine then I will grant you your wish!"
