Chapter 6 - Infiltration and Start of Sports Festival (2) [Edited]

With the platforms being made by Cementoss and none moving from where they were except class 1-A, Bakugo left his teammates.

Bakugo, the one who left his teammate without even giving them instructions on what to do, he kept on trying to find where Izuku was since whenever they were little, he had always lost.

Gnashing his teeth together and knowing he couldn't just yell out loud since his position would be known, he internally yelled, 'I will defeat you this time, bastard!'

After not that long, he spotted the green-haired person bastard and saw a bunch of people going to where Izuku was, so he started blasting them away while also increasing his speed.

Izuku, the person who everyone was after in this was seen casually walking around as he then heard faint explosions in the distance coming closer to him.

'It appears he wants to have a rematch after all this time and because I've been itching for a fight too, I should go to him,' thought Izuku as he cracked his neck.

Walking off the tall concrete platform and bouncing on the smooth wall, denting where he bounced off, he began heading toward the explosions as they were getting louder.

On the way there, he also tagged a bunch of unsuspecting students because of how fast he was, gaining a lot of points.

Finally finding Bakugo and seeing that he was fending off the taggers, Izuku used all his strength in his legs to jump to where Bakugo was, destroying the platform.

Going head first to him and bringing out his left arm while aligning his elbow with Bakugo's face, his attack connected and even though he reduced the power of that strike, he sent Bakugo flying toward the ground.

Stopping himself before barraging him with punches and looking at the barely conscious Bakugo on the floor, he wanted to know why he didn't dodge it.

"Why... didn't you try to dodge my punch?"

"Shut up, you bastard!"

"I mean, you can attack me right now since I give you permission to do so and because I don't think you can hurt me anytime soon."

Irked by what Izuku had just said to him because he knew that what he said was correct, he shakily got up and again yelled, "Bastard!"

Izuku then brought both his arms out as he then closed his eyes, looking like he was basking in heavy drops of rain.

But to Bakugo, he knew this pose all too well because of the many fights he demanded from Izuku while they were kids.

Still, even though he knew what that pose meant, he rushed towards Izuku and used the strongest explosion he could muster out of his palms.

Blowing up the wall behind Izuku with dust collecting up, he wasn't really all that surprised to see him unscathed from his attack other than his shirt begun blown off.

Finally opening his eyes, he looked at Bakugo and saw blood leaking out of his mouth which was likely due to the attack he did on him and because his body was now registering the pain he received.

Disappointed at the damage he didn't even cause to him, he softly pushed Bakugo off him as he began walking away.

"Wait...!"

Hearing the hoarse voice of Bakugo and knowing that he was going to pass out soon, he heard his stomach hit the ground as a hero took him out.

'I should probably get some points just to make sure I won't be eliminated from the special event that a lot of people watch for entertainment.'

'I mean, what enjoyment do people get when they watch a bunch of high schoolers fight each other? It might be cool to people who don't have these powers while also being weak, but those people are all who come to mind right now.'

Coming out of his thoughts and finding a couple of people running away from their chasers, he appeared in front of them and yelled, "Boo!"

Making them jump and touching their arms or firearms, he now had a total of 67 points which was the highest in the whole event.

'Catching people is worth 5 points when you're the tagger and people who run away from the taggers get 2 points. Well, I guess I should play around with the people who think they can catch me! '

Standing next to the people he tagged while dodging the targets who were trying the catch him, he saw an extra person come to where he was.

'Now, let's see if you guys can touch me!'

- Iida 3rd POV-

Iida was seen running around the concrete platforms, dodging everyone who tried to tag him, and even though it was quite easy for him he wasn't getting that many points since not a lot of people were chasing him.

When he saw that one of the many platforms Cementoss created had been shorted by a strong blow, he thought, 'Who could have been able to cause that?'

Then, thinking about the strongest person in his class, the only person he could think of was somebody named, 'Izuku Midoriya...'

Seeing that someone was trying to sneak up on him because he was stationary, he activated his Quirk and ran away.

'If I train every day to my utmost limit, then I might be able to stand proud next to my brother...'

- Momo 3rd POV -

When the event had begun, she immediately heard faint explosions in the distance and already knowing who they were, she said, "Bakugo is over there, so be careful."

"Hey, Jiro, can you use your Quirk and find where everybody is?"

Nodding her head, she went next to the concrete wall and plugged in her ear jacks as she then gave Momo all the information she needed.

Now knowing where everybody's location, she started running to where the slow people were. When she found them, she saw that they were all temporarily teaming up since that wasn't against the rules.

After a while, she again heard faint explosions in the distance so she thought, 'Who is Bakugo trying to catch for him to use all those explosions?'

Shaking her head, she peeked behind the stone pillar and saw people on the other side so taking a deep breath, she created an iron Bo staff and iron shield.

Heaving another deep breath, she jumped out, charged at them, and much to her surprise, Momo saw Tokoyami tagging along with them.

When the two saw each other, they knew what to do so with Tokoyami bringing out Dark Shadow, he pushed them toward Momo as she yelled, "Now!"

With Momo tagging them all, she said, "Thanks for the assist, Tokoyami."

"Then I guess you're welcome, Momo."

- Todoroki 3rd POV-

Sliding on his ice while tagging people, he was unsatisfied because when he looked at the scoreboard he found that he was behind Midoriya by a lot of points.

With him also not wanting to use his fire side, he started getting faster but because of that, he was becoming sloppy.

That's when he heard explosions in the distance so wanting to know if it was Bakugo, he began sliding on his ice toward the noise but after a minute, the explosions were no more.

Arriving where he heard the explosions and jumping off his ice, he looked at the destruction and thought, 'Where is he and who was he fighting?'

Hearing that people were fighting near him, he rushed toward them and found 4 taggers teaming up against Izuku.

'..,'

- Hajime 3rd POV -

Running away from kids from other classes and outpacing them, he thought, 'I can control 4% of Onf for All but any more than that, my body will be hurt.'

Unbeknownst to this One for All wielder, an invisible floating hand quietly and gently touched him on the shoulder, but tripping himself on his shoe, the other students ran past him.

Quickly getting back up on his feet, he started running away from the ones who caught up to him while the fast ones were lost.

- Midoriya 3rd POV -

Calmly looking at the 4 who were surrounding him with a grin, he slowly put both his hands inside his pocket as he hunched over a little.

"Now!"

Staring at the shortest person among their small group, he slipped in between the 3 others and said, "I'll fight you first."

Grasping the short person's forearm and adding some force to his grip, the one in question yelped in pain as they began thrashing around to get out of his grip.

"Hm? If you want to go away from me, then here!" Izuku said, throwing them at the rock-hard cement wall, knocking them out.

Rubbing his nape while closing his eyes, he said, "I didn't even wait to see what kind of Quirk you had, but I guess I'll see what your friends have."

Opening his eyes and turning toward the other three, he caught a glimpse of Todoroki watching him while also tagging people.

Jabbing all three of them in the stomach and launching them to where he knocked the short one out, he continued watching Todoroki so he then said, "Todoroki."

Catching his attention and staring at each other with Izuku still having one hand inside his pocket, he curiously said, "Do you want to fight?"

Surprised by that sudden request by someone he didn't know if he could defeat even if he used all his strength, he swiftly answered, "No."

Already expecting that answer and tagging people in quick succession, he said, "Well, I guess if that's your decision, I can't force you..."

'I need to get more points and surpass him!'

Getting bored of tagging people and looking at the scoreboard and knowing that nobody could come close to him, he began sliding under cement and dropping down large heights.

'This is a whole lot more fun than tagging people.' thought Izuku as he looked behind and saw the 14 people trying to catch him.

'I think I should do this more often.'

[Would you look at that! It looks like 14 students are chasing after Izuku Midoriya but it appears he's easily avoiding them all! Will they be able to tag him before the time runs out!]

[Midoriya is the best student in class 1-A. Be it mental or physical capabilities he's number one...]

[It seems Aizawa, the Homeroom teacher of class 1-A is pretty confident they wouldn't be able to catch him! Since there are 3 minutes left until the game is over. I want to know who the audience thinks will be first! Will it be the 14 students chasing Midoriya? Or will it be Midoriya who looks to be speeding up, outrunning the students?!}

[What's this!]

Knowing that someone was trying to cut him off because he couldn't see behind the cement pillar, he slid under their legs and got back up.

[Izuku Midoriya already knew someone was going to cut him off so he slid under their legs and continued running!]

*BEEP!

[Oh! It looks like the 3 minutes are up! Everybody stop and go back to your prep rooms! We will be going on an hour's break so that the students can recuperate and rest!}

Hearing that the event had ended, he stopped running and went to the prep room as he saw that a lot of people were out of breath.

Sitting down on a chair and putting his hands behind his head, he closed his eyes as he heard Kirishima yell, "Look at his abs!"

Every person hearing what Kirishima had yelled since the place echoed, every person wanted to know why he had said that so he again yelled, "He's so manly!"

"Dude... what are you even saying right now?" Kaminari asked.

"What do you mean what do I mean? I'm speaking Japanese and not English, right? So you should know what I mean."

"Ugh. Nevermind. Say, why don't you hang out with Bakugo... Wait, where is Bakugo?"

"Huh? Didn't you guys hear from other people? It was said that Izuku destroyed Bakugo in a fight and personnel picked him up to get him treated."

- An Hour Later -

[Can every student come out for the game that's about to be picked!]
