Experiment

The night of the Harvard Science Excellence Program GALA, I was wearing a simple but elegant black night gown made out of suede and silk matching my stilettoes. Vicky was gorgeous herself wearing a see-through black sleeveless with a corset –like waistline, hugging her curves perfectly. Hmm!, nice. Our hairs were both tied on a bun like the 1800's style and make-up complementing our red lipsticks. The guests including my parents are all wearing formal tuxedos and gowns. It is indeed a formal event where artists in the music industry came along to lighten up the almost boring formalities. Dr. Stevens were already at a table in the middle of the biggest Global Arts and Science Centre in Sun City called Revouphoria. I couldn't believe my science project in college would turn out to be one of the finalists in the Excellence Program for Harvard which will be included in British's Science Excellence Program Competition that will be held in London this year. I am so excited and scared at the same time. We are mostly girls and only two male candidates work were accepted. I am the only girl with no label, I mean with the gender, who came in as one of the finest rising scientists coming from Harvard. I didn't really dreamed of studying in the renowned school, since mom wasn't interested in school too when she was in her grade school years but she became an excellent writer and web designer in her time, until now she earns a lot from her profession. I, too, came from a local public school which my mom patiently home schooled me due to the remaining leftover years of the pandemic. We weren't still allowed to attend or go to school grounds but after several months the authorities suddenly announced that the worst is over and made sure the virus is taken cared of. Maybe, we just have learned to heal from it, as well as the world. Dalia who is looking radiant tonight was alone, so I stood on my seat and welcomed her while she was walking down the long curvy stairs of the center. Wow!, you look fabulous!, I said in disbelief, she really looked beautiful. So, yourself, Dalia added smiling and kissing me in the cheek near my lips. Vicky was looking at us without saying anything but smirking. If you don't have a date you can join us in our table, please, I insist, I added pointing my head to the table near my parents' table. Okay, if you insist, Dalia said graciously and followed me to meet Vicky and the women kissed each other civilly. Hi!, how are, you? You're date's not here?, Vicky whispered in Dalia's ear. Ah, yes, I didn't need a date cause I can take of myself anyway, unlike others who needed to be babied every time, Dalia replied smiling fakely then Vicky's brow popped up. I wasn't sure what these girls are talking about but is there some kind of a rivalry here, I'm kind of proud of myself for that. Geez!!! I am just kidding, I am a good person and I don't want anybody hurt so I'm nice to everyone and share my love to them graciously, hehe!, What? I thought of myself and just smiled. What's funny? Vicky now irritated. Oh. I am just happy both of my loved girls came to be with me tonight and this is the best night for me, I said genuinely happy. Vicky smiled and sort of blushed a little with the compliment. Okay, Vicky, you'll win it, I'm sure. Indeed, after the long speeches of the organizers, the president of Harvard Science Excellence program and the candidates, including me. The moment we're all have been waiting for. For first runner up, Ling Sun Jing for Chromatica Dillusions, and our winner, represent her work to British Scientific Excellence In London, Victoria Marinea M. Francia for Digital Mind: Alter Ego Spectrum. Congratulations, You and Ms. Jing will represent both of your work to the experts, scientists, NASA and the heads of the scholarship program. Good luck you two! Ling and Marnie hugged and kissed on the cheek, both girls won and will be representing their work for the upcoming competition in London. Ling is the shy type so after hugging Marnie she smiled and held her hand for Marnie to shake. Good luck to both of us!, Yup, amen to that, I added happily. My parents, Dalia and Vicky, hugged and kissed me to congratulate me as one of the representative for our country to London. We all just decided to eat out at our favorite resto at Billy's and since I felt the fang of the stilettoes on my feet, Vicky offered to ride us home. I asked Dalia for us to take her home but she brought the mini cooper, and my parents rode with their new ride, a Jaguar. Hot ride, Dad!, I reiterated while he was so proud on waving with its automatic window shield moving up digitally. Hehe!, have fun you guys and stay safe!, I said laughing to myself. Marnie, let's go, Vicky called out to me while waiting on the car. Okay, while I pant walking weirdly on the swollen feet, ouch!, I just sighed and took the damn shoes and tossed them at the back of the car. I couldn't walk, literally, my feet has tiny cuts on each sides so Vicky didn't think twice and carried me to the door. Wow!, you're so strong!, I said amazed with her strength. Say, what, were you a former wrestler maybe or a body builder cause you just picked me up like a pillow and OMG!. Well, maybe, let's just say I work out and been in the army, Vicky added confidently. Aha!, that's why, so my alter ego is a soldier??? That's super way out of my league, haha!, I said smiling at Vicky and thanking her kindness. Vicky is still carrying me until she tossed me to the bed. Hey, watch the goods, it'll et broken if you don't care for it, I added touching my ass, and laughing at Vicky who is now smiling at me with a tease and slowly taking off her gown in front of me. Ahh!!!, I couldn't speak and Vicky just continued to take off her bra and panties, that I took mine off too but then I realized that we need to start the experiment by tomorrow in time for the science program after six months. Vicky, I'd love too but we need to work tomorrow early for the tests, so is it okay to skip this for now? I added and laid down my back and closed my eyes, I was really tired, but stood to kiss her on the lips and went back to bed. Vicky with her underpants looked at Marnie in disappointment and tossed her shoes on the floor angrily. She decided to take a bath and think things through. How would I tell Marnie about Dr. Stevens and I's experiments, Vicky talked to herself and felt guilty for lying to Marnie and about everything. Well, technically, I am not lying, her digital mind serum would work on me since I was already been designed to take it and soon to have signs of enormous strength, fluid invisibility and mental telepathy. I could even shape shift to any forms including someone Marnie knows like Dalia perhaps. This is crazy, why am I dealing with this emotions crap, I should be banging other girls and sucking their energies out this minute. Haaaa!! Marnie this is your fault for making me fall in love with you, Vicky added, now steaming with anger as she was making the water in the bath tub boil in heat. I'll have you and no one can stop me, not even Dalia or you, brushing me off, will just make me want you even more. My head is aching a bit this morning so I needed to call a rest day. Vicky went out for a jog and she left me with breakfast, potato fries and ceasar salad. This summer home was where Grandma Victory or Vic with her love ones especially to Aunt Liz, spent her elderly days, of course with her music and her CD's and DVD's. Well we no longer have those but Digital LP's and button powered music LED's which I think Alexa from the old would be jealous of. I spent my summers with Grandma and those were the best years that I wouldn't exchange for anything else. Ah, her old CD's, Lin....kin Par...the cover is dilapidated and I couldn't see the whole title, maybe this is a band> Grandma said she loved Rock, Pop, Alternative, Techno and Epic Songs. She was a renowned author, writer, trainer, and artist of her time. She just wanted to live simply and kept her profile low. I admired her heart, humor, humility, courage, passion and compassion which I maybe acquired from her. Grandma was a wonderful person and I miss her so much. Mom is the opposite, though she is smart and witty like Grandma, she is bossy and wants everything perfect.
