Fired again!

"I... am so sorry" Destiny whispered, tears in her eyes as she put the now bloody drill away. Alessandra didn't reply but nodded at her, still in severe pain.

"Are you done?" Kore asked from the other room.

"Yes..." Destiny replied," I.. I'm done" she was close to sobbing but was doing her best to stop herself.

"Good, let her bleed for a while... go clean yourself up" she ordered," we can revisit her after an hour."

"Okay Kore" Destiny let out a shaky breath and walked toward Alessandra, quickly pouring water on the wound," I... I can't use soap but apparently running water helps to reduce microorganisms" she whispered and poured for a while with a small bucket under it. After she was done, she tossed the water of the bucket away and looked at Alessandra.

"I will help you... stay strong" she assured," You will live..."

Alessandra nodded and let out a breath," thanks" she said, the tremble in her voice showing how much pain she really was in.
