THE CRACKING GLASS...

Jin-Ae and her mother got to the airport finding pure chaos, police cars, ambulances and airport security were everywhere. Ms. Wang[Jin-Ae's mom] went over to the police to ask about the situation and just before she found out, she got a call...

" Ms. Wang, this is the nurse from Streinfield Hospital, your husband, Mr. Seo has been admitted here, please come as soon as possible."

Without responding she hung up and the two rushed to the hospital.

" Where is he? Where is my husband? Seo Doh-Won? " she spluttered as she slightly tapped the receptionist's desk.

" Doctor, how is my dad doing? Where is he? What happened to him?"

" Calm down, calm down. Mr. Seo suffered a heart attack, apparently there was a shoot out at the airport because of a criminal. Mr. Seo was caught off- guard by the chaos and due to his weak heart he collapsed."

" Is he gonna be fine? The situation is not critical, right?"

"[sighs deeply] Well, it's not critical but he does require a surgery. We'll have to perform it as soon as possible otherwise things could get worse... but--

" The fees is not a problem... just do it," Ms. Wang waffles.

" It's not the money, the surgery is a serious risk since too many have been done already. This surgery could weaken his heart further and chances of survival are... narrow."

" But there must be something to be done, we can't leave him like this. No way! I cannot allow it!"

" Doctor, please do everything you can to save my dad, please," Jin-Ae said as she nearly hung on to the doctor's coat.

The doctor patted her on the shoulder," You can see him now," he said softly as he walked away.
