Claudia POV

My parents want me to be the witch commander. Which means I'll need to lead all of the witches and wizards if there is war. So, I need to practice my witchcraft to perfection. I have one little brother who will sit on the throne one day. Prince Dexter Auberon. The Queen told me that he's got no interest to be the witch commander so I need to be it. It's weird since I'm a girl and I need to lead the witches meanwhile the other kingdoms, the guys will lead.

"Princess, you need to sharpen your protection barrier," said Sir Fitzgerald.

He's the one who teaches me everything. He told me that I didn't need a wand. Just use my bare hand because using a wand might limit my

movements.

"I'll try my best but I think I need some rest and almost night. Can we?" I asked.

Being trained from dusk to dawn is just crazy. I have a headache now. I'm not used to this so what does he expect from me? To be powerful in less

then a month?

"Sure, my princess. I'll meet you again tomorrow," he said bowed and disappeared between my eye.

Desaparecer is the name of the spell. I still can't do that. Sir Fitzgerald told me that it's hard to use since I need to focus on where to go. From

now, I only learn to summon a protection barrier and magical protection barrier and some attack spells such as Fuego and aqua which are

fire and water. That's the basic attack.

"Finally, bed!", I said as soon as I arrived at my room.

I lay down on my bed and am about to close my eye but someone knocks on the door.

"Come in!", I said.

Someone steps inside. It's mama.

"What do you want?", I asked her.

"How's your lesson today?", she asked back.

"Harsh. I can't even have a rest and I hate it! At least give me five minutes rest after every section!"

"Okay, I told him to do it after this."

I lay down on her lap. And in the beginning, I don't like her. But she always endures the hate. So, I begin to feel guilty and started to accept her in

my life. She rubs my hair.

"Can I meet Serenity?", I asked.

"Serenity? The princess of the Azure Kingdom?", she asked back.

"Yes. I miss her. I wondered how she's doing now."

"Next month. All the kingdom's royalty will be meeting again because giants are attacking the south of the Mauve Kingdom. So, we need to

discuss the protection. You'll meet her at that time," she explained.

"Oh! We will go there?! You're not kidding, right?!", I asked her excitedly.

She nodded. I want to scream. Finally, there's a reason to meet Serenity! I don't care about the others but Serenity. I can't forget her!

Azazel POV

I'm able to control myself now. After the incident where I bite Maverick, I promised myself not to do that again. I practice every day to control it.

The training is a bit of torture but I am grateful. Now, I can walk next to humans without any desire to bite them to the bone. I'm not a crown prince

since I have the oldest brother, Prince Atlas Hawk Driscoll. Due to their mom, he's the same age as Serenity's brother.

And now, I'm joining the werewolves soldiers. Werewolves are the strongest creatures to fight giants and trolls. But we also need support

from other kingdoms. That's why the Queen and King sign the agreements.

"Azazel, do you know the giants are back?", my brother asked me.

"It back? Where?"

"At the south of our kingdom," he said calmly.

"Our kingdom?! What are we gonna do now? Do we fight?!"

It's weird cause he seems calm.

"Relax. It is still far from us. Next month, we will go to the Golden Kingdom to discuss this matter with the other kingdoms. You'll be joining the

meeting so be prepared. You're the commander. Of course, you need to know everything," he said.

"Okay, I will."

I might also have a chance to meet Maverick. Hope he's alright.

Third-person POV

The night finally comes. All of the kingdoms will be meeting at the Golden Kingdom. There is a need to discuss something regarding the giants. And

today, the five of them finally manage to meet each other after a month. Their bond is unbreakable. They're friends since toddlers. Even

though something separated them, they were still together. As soon as they arrived at the Golden Kingdom, they were sent to the meeting room. The meeting

started as soon as possible. No time should be wasted.

"Do we need to start the war to chase them away?", King Oberon asked.

"I don't think it's needed. Perhaps, King Delray and Queen Regina have a better solution," said King Alexander.

"Yes, I do," Queen Regina replied.

"Since my daughter is back to us, I would like her to cast the protection spell at the barrier between the Mauve Kingdom and the giant's place.

We don't need to start a war. I just need some knights and soldiers to keep her company. At least, she can test her magic for the first time," she

explained.

Everyone looks at Claudia. Claudia feels uncomfortable with the stare. She drinks some water.

"Mama is sure about it! I just practice it for a month! The protection shield might be not that strong!", Claudia talked to herself.

"Can you do that, Princess Claudia?", Queen Elizabeth asked her.

With all the stares, she can't say no. They look like want Claudia to do it. They don't want war.

"I'll try my best," she said.

"Thank you, Claudia. I appreciate it!", said Queen Tania.

Claudia gives her best smile.

"The knight that will be sent is under Prince Evander," said King Caspian.

"What? Me? I barely practice! I might kill someone!", Evander defiantly.

"It's okay Evander. Assume this as part of your practice," said Queen Victoria to her son.

Evander hardly agrees. But, he knows he can't keep defiant.

"And the soldiers, I hope you can do it Azazel. You'll be the commander for your fellow soldiers," said Prince Atlas to his brother.

"Err, hehe," Azazel give his ugly smile.

Same as Evander, he just practices everything.

"I hope this plan will work. We can disperse now. Please go to the great hall. Have something at the buffet, please," said Queen Elizabeth.
