I’m not a Charity!

Making his way out of the school grounds John sees Fatty sitting on a bench tapping his phone with his meaty fingers.

"You waiting for me brother?" John asks now standing in front of fatty.

"Hmmm yes I suppose." Fatty replied. "Or at least I was, I got a message from my uncle asking me to help him out."

"Ah that sucks, guess I'll be walking alone then." John sighs knowing that this fatty uncle was in the opposite way they came from.

"Unfortunately yes." Fatty replies calmly. "But you can't forget about the snacks tomorrow."

And with a now sly grin fatty walks away.

'Heh how shameless' John thinks smiling at his friends antics.

"Oh John you waiting for me?" A certain girl from behind him asks.

Looking behind he can see a group of girls and soon made clear of who was calling.

'Oh yeah at this time Ying Yue was still "friends" with me' John thinks flatly.

"Oh look he's speechless at sisters beauty" one of girls in the group whispers amongst themselves.

"Oh yes, it's only natural" laughs another.

"Stop it girls, it's embarrassing." Says Ying as she waves for them to shut up. "And besides both me and brother Fan both have to walk in the same direction."

The girls clearly getting her message shut their jaws tight but are still laughing inside.

"Anyway brother Fan it's time to go on our way" says Ying Yue catching up to John Fan matching his pace.

The girls from her group then go the other direction as they live opposite of town from Ying Yue.

After a few minutes of walking Ying Yue notices Johns lack of attention towards her.

"Hmmm brother John is everything alright." She asks confused by the boy who just yesterday was flustered just by her presence.

"Eh it's nothing sister Yue" John replies in a normal almost slow tone.

"Hmm whatever I guess, so I was wondering if you had any money for me to borrow." Ying Yue asks while folding her arms to bring more attention to her chest.

'Wow, how obvious can one be.' Thinks John bitterly as he shakes his head clear disappointment written upon his face.

"Sorry sister Ying but I have no reason to give you money." John replies flatly yet again towards this greedy fox.

'What? He's not wrong, but just yesterday he was saying "sure Ying Yue, whatever you want!", just what suddenly changed?' Ying Yue thinks to herself looking at every inch of Johns facial features to spot the cause of his sudden 180.

'I mean I have no reason to really hate her, it's of course impossible to be friends considering she views me only as a money bag. But it is of course impossible to avoid her considering we walk home together. So I'll just treat her as a fellow student.' thinks John as he continues walking silently not perturbed at all by the female who is currently trying to gaze Into is very being.

"Did something happen to you?" Asks Ying Yue who now is a bit frustrated at Johns sudden lack of interest towards her. "You're being very different."

'Very different indeed, how can you ignore such a beauty, aren't you head over heels for me!' She thinks grumpily.

John just throws her a glance and replies in a normal tone . "Eh I don't feel different, must be because I'm hungry or something."

'Well aren't you bad at hiding things....' Ying says oblivious to her intentions also being obvious.

"Sister Ying please realize I'm not a charity, the only reason I gave you some money was because I thought you where going through a hard time. I would appreciate it if you understand this and maybe be a bit more conservative when spending." John says to her faking a tone of worry and sternness.

"Are you truly brother John?" Ying Yue asks being unable to contain her curiosity.

"Who else can be this handsome." John says while laughing shamelessly.

'Pffft, please your at best average' Ying Yue thinks while giggling at this boys shamelessness.

"Well anyway this is my house, see you brother Fan" Ying Yue says while heading to her door before turning to look one more time at John. 'Truly interesting.'

Meanwhile John is relieved at her leave.

'Thank you, finally some piece and quiet' Johns thinks to himself feeling content.
