As the sun rose on a new day, Daniel woke up at his usual early hour and headed down to the gym. However, today was different. Instead of his usual workout routine, he wanted to test out the intermediate martial arts skill he had obtained from the system shop the night before.

Daniel began testing his new martial arts skill with the punching bag, striking it with precision and power. After a few rounds, he moved on to an empty space with mats to further explore his abilities. With fluid movements and controlled breathing, he practiced a series of moves.

Daniel's movements were smooth and flowing, almost as if he was performing a dance instead of a set of martial arts routines. His body moved with a natural grace and fluidity, each motion executed with precision and purpose. It was almost as if Daniel had never stopped practicing martial arts when he started during his high school days. He moved with such ease and proficiency, it was as if he had been training for years.

Indeed, the system shop had delivered on its promise of instant skill acquisition. The intermediate martial arts skill that Daniel had obtained was now deeply ingrained in his body, allowing him to move with natural and effortless grace. It was almost as if the skill had always been a part of him, as he effortlessly incorporated it into his movements. The system shop provided Daniel with a unique opportunity to enhance his abilities in a way that would have taken years of dedicated training to achieve.

After working out for a little over an hour, Daniel knew it was time to cool down and wrap up his training session. He took a few deep breaths and slowed down his movements, allowing his heart rate to gradually return to normal. Once he felt sufficiently cooled down, he grabbed a towel and wiped the sweat from his forehead before heading back to his unit to freshen up.

After taking a shower, he heard his stomach growling in hunger. He chuckled to himself, knowing that it was time for breakfast. He walked to the kitchen and began to rummage through the fridge for something to eat. That's when he remembered that he had also obtained intermediate cooking skills.

With excitement, Daniel started to think of all the delicious dishes he could create. He decided to challenge himself and make a chef-level breakfast meal. After a few minutes of contemplation, he settled on making Eggs Benedict with a homemade hollandaise sauce.

Daniel checked the fridge and saw that he had all the necessary ingredients: eggs, Canadian bacon, English muffins, and butter. He quickly got to work by toasting the English muffins and cooking the bacon in a pan until it was crispy.

Next, Daniel began making the hollandaise sauce. He melted butter in a saucepan, whisked in egg yolks, lemon juice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. He then slowly poured in the melted butter, whisking constantly until the sauce was thick and creamy.

With the sauce done, Daniel poached the eggs. He filled a pot with water and a splash of vinegar, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Then he cracked the eggs into the water and let them cook for about two and a half minutes until the whites were set, but the yolks were still runny.

Finally, it was time to assemble the dish. Daniel placed the toasted English muffin halves on a plate, topped them with a slice of Canadian bacon, and then carefully placed the poached eggs on top. He drizzled the hollandaise sauce over the eggs and garnished the dish with a sprinkle of paprika and some fresh herbs.

The result was a stunning breakfast dish that looked and tasted like it came straight from a Michelin-star-rated restaurant.

The aroma of the dish filled the air as Daniel took his first bite. The combination of flavors exploded in his mouth, and his taste buds were overwhelmed with delight. He was surprised at how perfectly cooked the dish was, with each ingredient cooked to perfection and perfectly balanced in terms of taste and texture.

As he savored the flavors of the dish, Daniel's mind raced with excitement.

He had been cooking for himself a long time already, but he had never imagined he could create a dish at this level. He had to admit that the intermediate cooking skill he had obtained from the system shop had made a huge difference. It had not only enhanced his knowledge of cooking but had also given him the ability to execute the dish with precision and skill. He couldn't wait to try out more complex and challenging recipes and see where this new skill would take him.

As he finished his breakfast, he felt fueled for the tasks he is about to do today.

After completing his morning routine, Daniel made his way to the 43rd floor to oversee the construction of the three floors he had obtained from the system. As he arrived, he found that the area had already been cleared out, with all the necessary materials and equipment in place.

As the workers noticed Daniel's arrival, they respectfully greeted him and called over the head engineer, who quickly made his way to meet with him for instructions. Together, they moved to a quiet area with a table where they could discuss the details of the renovation plans and ensure that everything was in order.

Daniel provided the head engineer with a rough plan of what he wanted for each floor. On the 43rd floor, Daniel wanted a receptionist area, a waiting room, a client lounge, a first conference room for meetings with clients and visitors, and three studios, including one for set design shoots, one for green screen and chroma shoots, and one for audio recording.

On the 44th floor, Daniel wanted a finance and admin office that could accommodate five people, an accounts office that could accommodate five people, a creatives office that could accommodate fifteen people, a production office that could accommodate ten people, a second conference room that was smaller and meant for internal meetings and brainstorming of the employees, a rest and recreation room, and storage for equipment.

On the 45th floor, Daniel wanted an assistant's area or boss's reception area, a third conference room for internal and company meetings, a small cinema and viewing room, a boss's office, and a secret room behind the boss's office.

The head engineer listened attentively and nodded his head in understanding. He asked for clarification on a few points and made some suggestions on how they could improve the design. Daniel was pleased with the head engineer's ideas and agreed to incorporate them into the final plans.

Once the details were finalized, the head engineer left to gather his team and begin work. Daniel stayed behind to oversee the initial stages of construction and to ensure that everything was progressing smoothly.

Over the next few hours, Daniel watched as the area was transformed from an empty space to a bustling construction site. Workers carried in materials, set up scaffolding, and began laying the foundation for the walls and floors.

Daniel was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the construction team. According to the head engineer, the renovation would take around 1 month if there are no delays.

Daniel finds the estimate of the renovation to be reasonable, even faster than usual. But since he had a mission from the system that has a deadline shorter than that, he needed to work somewhere else first. So he decided to contact Mr. Santos, the general manager of the condo building, to lease a commercial area for 2 months. He would just offer to pay a higher amount since it was only for a short period of time.
