I successfully cast the spell in the presence of the goddess who was impressed at my progress, even I couldn't believe it. They both got me to try a few other spells, although they were difficult, I was able to attempt and successfully cast them.
I was proud of myself and so were they, but sadly I couldn't bring the plant back to life like I did earlier, it was the only magic I was not able to perform again even after perfecting difficult spells.
Once I was done, as promised, the goddess gave me a break, she said I could return to the palace for a while because she could sense that I missed that place having stayed with her only one night.
I was delighted, not just because I was leaving for the palace, but because I was enthusiastic about having to practice what Athens taught me on Alessio, and also speak with Prince O'Neil, maybe convince him further to let the goddess have the scroll.
