He is massacring the living beings of that planet to stock up on his undeads, for his revenge.

He also possesses a Space Gate ability, which allows him to open a space portal to go to places or dimensions that he has the space co-ordinates of.

But Rayne didn't bother with this protagonist, since he will only make an appearance during the timeline of the battle of three gods in the original work.

So, he's not really in Rayne's consideration right now.

Seeing Rayne not taking the Dragon King Hall seriously made Ah Yin sigh helplessly.

She couldn't refute his claims either, since Rayne was basically right.
