"Do you truly believe you possess what it takes to acquire this treasure?" asked Tu Sha while summoning the weapon from his storage ring.

"Haha, why don't you let me show you if I have what it takes to acquire this treasure or not?" said He Gar, taking out his weapon from his storage ring.

He Gar disappeared from his original position and reappeared behind Tu Sha, then used his Three-section staff to target vital points on his opponent's body.

"Hmph, paltry tricks. Let me show you what speed looks like," said Tu Sha before the Three-section staff hit his body. He disappeared from his spot, and his attack reached He Gar before he reappeared in front of him.

He Gar defended against the incoming attack and took a few steps backward. "I never thought you made a breakthrough in your family's Black Lightning Step movement technique," he said, his face showing surprise.

"You also made a breakthrough in your sect's Green Viper Step movement technique," replied Tu Sha with a furrowed brow.

"But my movement technique is superior to yours," said He Gar as he disappeared. The moment He Gar vanished, Tu Sha also disappeared, and aside from Elder Sukumar, everyone in the area could only hear the clash of weapons and see sparks flying as they clashed.

Ronin struggled to keep up with their incredible speed. "I can only see a blur," Zhen Xia muttered under her breath, a shocked expression on her face.

"Why did those two old men disappear? Where are they now?" Xu said in a hushed tone, scanning the area where Ronin and other cultivators were located.

"Hmph, these mortals sure love to flaunt their child's play in front of the master. Do they think they're even qualified to stand before the master in his peak state?" A young girl appeared beside Xu, her tone annoyed.

"Huh? Who are you?" Xu asked, her face filled with fear.

"Little girl, I'm not your enemy, don't worry," reassured the young girl as she turned her attention back to the ongoing fight.

"Hmm," Xu nodded and turned her gaze toward the battle unfolding before her.

He Gar used his three-section staff to successfully strike Tu Sha in a vital area.

*Cough...cough...*

Tu Sha coughed up several mouthfuls of blood and knelt on the ground. "Tu Sha, you're done. Triple Viper Strike!" shouted He Gar, aiming his attack at Tu Sha's head.

"Hmph," Tu Sha snorted with anger on his face and yelled, "Black Lightning Shield!" A black lightning shield materialized in front of Tu Sha, halting the incoming attack from advancing further.

"Ah!" shouted He Gar, using all his strength to break the shield. *Boom!*

*Cough...cough...*

The Black Lightning Shield shattered, but it was He Gar who sustained injuries from breaking it. "Haha...cough...fool! My Black Lightning Shield has both attack and defense mechanisms," said Tu Sha, a maniacal smile on his face.

*Cough...I never thought you still had a trick up your sleeves," wheezed He Gar while wiping the blood from his lips.

"These...these old guys are strong. If I don't eliminate them all, these old bastards will bring me unlimited troubles," thought Ronin as he summoned his sword into his hand.

"Demonic Way!"

"Celestial Way!"

"Body and sword as one, unstoppable strike!" shouted Ronin as he struck at He Gar and Tu Sha. Before they could comprehend the powerful strike heading their way, even Jin Zhao shuddered to face it directly. Both of them were completely obliterated by the sword technique unleashed by Ronin.

"Body and sword as one," a human-shaped light in Ronin's consciousness murmured as his lips curved into a smile.

"Even as a mortal, the master is still invincible," exclaimed the young girl, hugging Xu with a fangirl expression on her face.

"Ah..." Xu struggled to free herself from the suffocating peaks of the young girl.

Elder Sukumar, who had been waiting to strike at He Gar and Tu Sha, was completely dumbfounded after witnessing both of them vanish from their original positions with a single strike from Ronin.

"Boy, who...who are you?" asked Sukumar with a fearful expression.

"Do you want to know who I am? You can go and wait in hell for Jin Zhao to meet you there and tell you," said Ronin before disappearing from his spot, reappearing in front of Sukumar. White and black lights merged as Ronin struck Sukumar with lightning speed. Sukumar's body separated into two parts, and before they hit the ground, they turned into dust and dispersed into the air.

"Ronin, leave these idiots to me," said Zhen Xia.

Ronin nodded in response to Zhen Xia's words. The moment he did, Zhen Xia disappeared from her spot and appeared in front of the disciples. Without batting an eyelid, she began to massacre them.

Ronin kneeled on the ground, exhaustion evident on his face.

"Ahhh..."

"Ah..."

After a few minutes, all their shrieks ceased. 

Zhen Xia, drenched in blood, used her energy to cleanse the blood from her body and slowly walked back to Ronin, helping him stand.

Ronin turned to look at the little girl hovering in the air and said, "She is really so cute."

"Hmph," the young girl huffed and vanished from her hiding spot, along with Xu.

"Where did she go?" Xu looked around for a moment before walking towards Ronin and Zhen Xia.

"We've caused so much commotion here; it's not good to stay any longer. Let's go," said Zhen Xia, glancing at Ronin.

"You carry that little girl," Ronin instructed Zhen Xia before picking up Xu. They moved away from the location. Once they had all left, the young girl appeared on a tree branch and said, "Master became so kind after he was reborn, but I really like this reborn master," with a fangirl expression on her face.

After a few hours, they emerged from the forest, and the little girl slowly came back to her senses, murmuring, "Mm... ah…"
