Who is that girl?

I saw Ron passing on the lounge earlier but i didn't see him back to his office yet, I'm hoping to get a chance to talk to him so we could even out my misbehaviour. I'm still hoping that he would forgive me with a simple sorry. But It seems 1 sorry is not enough for him. I asked one of my employee to locate him to the restaurants and coffee shops close by. Tess came back fast to tell me Ron is in Ronda Cake Shop. It's close so I can walk just a few minutes to get there. I'm still at the doorway when I saw Ron is meeting a girl. I walk slowly checking what's between the two. What is their business together. The girl seems so sweet and thankful to Ron. Looks like they agreed on something and the girl is delighted to his approval she stood up to give him a hug and a kiss then she left right away. Ron then checked his phone and continued eating his cake. I walked on his table to confront him. I'm so confused seeing their closeness.
