Chapter 5: Forced Engagement

New York City, Rogger Villa

After a week…..

"Why have you put on such a sullen face son" exclaimed McLane to his son.

"Like you don't know" Liam snapped.

He knew it; he forced him to do it….. Today was his engagement with Sara. He was waiting for his soon-to-be fiancé to show up and they may start. They were surrounded by people with high social status and of course press and media. And then he doors of the big hall opened and then three people stepped in, a women in her early fifties and the man in this late fifties, then in the centre was and a beautiful girl with sun-kissed skin, hazel eyes and thick red hair like her mother's. But he was least interested in her and this was nothing but a deal with his father for him.

Sara walked elegantly towards him, and stood beside him she made sure that her hips swayed, while she came towards his fiancé. He was really handsome, a man of dreams for a girl...his square jaw, mesmerizing ocean blue eyes, toned skin and his body was to die for he was nearly 6.5 ft., and his toned body, lean and muscular.

She was proud of herself as she had caught him with her cunningness….. She made a lot of efforts to put her claws on him.

They were soon standing beside each other and then the ceremony started. Just for formality Liam kneeled down and proposed Sara to be his fiancé, he said, "Sara will you be my future wife, and stand by my side for rest of your life". Then she smiled and said, "of course! Yes! Yes! Yes!" she said excitedly and the put on the ring around her finger….

In truth what Liam said he had just mugged and said it emotionlessly…..

So the deal was done now.
