Chapter 95 –Monkey King (1)

Timeline: May 4, 1992

Location: Queens, New York City , Sunnydale Elementary School

Sunnydale Elementary School was bustling with kids talking and laughing as they headed to their classrooms. In the middle of the crowd were Peter Parker and Harry Osborn, both twelve years old and really good friends. They weaved through the busy hallways like they knew the place like the back of their hands.

"Hey Pete!" Harry yelled above the noise surrounding them

Peter turned to see his friend approaching, a big smile stretching across Harry's face."Hey, Harry!" Peter greeted him back with just as much excitement, his grin matching Harry's

Their conversation flowed effortlessly, filled by the easy camaraderie that only childhood friends possessed.

"Did you finish that math homework Mrs. Thompson assigned?" Harry asked, sounding a bit curious.

Peter nodded, a sense of accomplishment evident in his demeanor. "Yeah, I did it last night. It wasn't too bad, just a bunch of multiplication and division."

Harry made a face like he just tasted something sour. "Ugh, math is the worst! I finished it too, but I'm never confident about those long division problems like you, Pete."

Peter's eyes lit up with an idea, his eagerness to help his friend shining through. "Hey, Harry, I can help you with those if you want," he offered eagerly. "I've got this cool trick that makes it way easier."

Hope flickered in Harry's eyes as he regarded Peter with gratitude. "Really? That would be awesome! Thanks, Pete."

With a casual shrug, Peter waved off Harry's thanks. "No problem, Harry. We're friends, right? Friends always help each other out."

Their talk turned to more fun stuff, like Spider-Man. They both got super excited, imagining all the cool things they could do if they were superheroes. It was like they were dreaming up their own action-packed stories, where they could do anything they wanted.

Peter's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Yeah, Spider-Man is the coolest hero ever. I wish I could swing around the city like him.

"Yeah, I imagine all the cool stuff we could do," Harry mused, his voice filled with wonder.

Peter's eyes sparkled with possibility. "Yeah, like stopping bad guys and saving people. That would be amazing!"

Mary Jane Watson's voice caught both Peter and Harry off guard as they turned to see her approaching with a warm smile on her face.

"Hi, guys!" Mary Jane greeted them cheerfully, her eyes bright with excitement.

"Hey, Mary Jane!" Peter responded, his grin widening at the sight of her. "What's up?"

Mary Jane's eyes twinkled with mischief as she joined their conversation. "Not much, just heading to class. I couldn't help but overhear you two talking about something."

Peter's cheeks flushed slightly at being caught in his excitement. "Oh, uh, yeah. We were just talking about Spider-Man about how awesome he is."

Harry nodded in agreement, a smile playing on his lips. "Yeah, and how cool it would be to be a superheroes just like him."

Mary Jane's giggle rippled through the air, punctuating her observation with a playful tone. "Hmm, boys will always be boys," she said, giggling, as she joined in the banter.

Peter grinned in agreement, the carefree spirit of youth evident in his expression. "Yep, you got that right, Mary Jane."

The three of them laughed together, letting their imaginations go wild. For a moment, they were lost in their own little world, where they could imagine anything and adventure was everywhere.

As the bell rang, telling them it was time for class, they said goodbye and went to their classrooms.

[Meanwhile on the other side]

Finally, after what felt like hours of relentless effort, Vond stepped back to admire his creation. Before him stood a monkey king larger than a small house.

"Now, Osborn," Vond muttered quietly, his voice dripping with anger. "It's time for you to face the consequences of your actions."

With a simple flick of a switch, Vond activated the robot monkey king. It let out a mighty roar, shaking the ground beneath their feet.

The Monkey King robot's metallic voice echoed through the air, announcing, "Osborn Target Locked."

As the Monkey King robot roared to life, its massive form towering over the city, Vond Finch couldn't help but feel a surge of satisfaction. Finally, his moment of revenge against Norman Osborn was at hand.

................

[Norman Osborn Side]

Meanwhile, in Norman Osborn's office, the man himself was completely unaware of the impending danger. Lost in his own world of power and ambition.

"Sir Osborn, Mr. Hilton wants to meet you," said his secretary, her voice breaking through the quiet of his office.

Norman Osborn looked up from his desk, his brow furrowing in mild surprise. "Mr. Chris?" he repeated, curiosity piqued by the unexpected name

As Norman Osborn thought about meeting Chris Hilton, he remembered how powerful the Hilton family was. They had a lot of money and could do things secretly that others couldn't. Norman felt small compared to them.

Chris Hilton was someone everyone respected and also feared. He was the face of the powerful Hilton family. Even though he was old, a special serum made him look much younger, a secret only known to the family. After all This serum could make people look younger for longer.

Norman really wanted that serum, but he knew all too well the risks inherent in coveting that which belonged to the Hiltons and their allies in S.H.I.E.L.D. They didn't like him, and also they'd stopped him from getting it before. He remembered that messing with them could get him into big trouble.

Now, the idea of meeting Chris, The Head of Hilton family, made Norman feel uneasy.

[MC SIDE]

"Thank you, Spider-Man," said the old woman gratefully, her voice trembling with relief.

"No problem, ma'am," I replied with a reassuring smile. "Just doing my thing as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man." With that, I shot a web and swung away, feeling the rush of wind against my face as I soared through the city.

As I swung through the city, my chi senses caught the chi of evil chi and it seems like there is something happen down below. Without a second thought, I altered my direction and headed toward the source of the commotion.

Sure enough, there was a group of thugs harassing a helpless woman, trying to snatch her purse. Without hesitation, I swooped in and landed in front of them, my black suit standing out cool against the city lights.

The leader of the hoodlums stuttered in shock, his words faltering as he laid eyes on me. "S-Spider-Man," he stammered, his confidence fading as soon as he saw me.

With a confident stride, I stepped forward, my voice firm and commanding. "What do you think you're doing, picking on innocent people?" I demanded, my eyes narrowed beneath the mask.

The hoodlum's eyes darted nervously, his grip on the woman's purse tightening. "N-nothing, Spider-Man. We were just, uh, having a chat with this nice lady here," he replied, his tone unconvincing.

"Oh, really?" I joked, raising an eyebrow from under my mask. "Well, isn't this a nice chat? Can I jump in? I love talking with good folks like you Three," I said, teasingly, a little smile on my face.

The other hoodlums looked at each other nervously, not sure how to react to my jokes. I couldn't help but laugh a bit at how uneasy they seemed. It felt good to ease the tension with a little humor.

Without a second thought, I swiftly webbed all three of them, leaving them suspended mid-air like hapless flies caught a spider's web. I couldn't help but laugh to myself as I walked up to them, pretending to be disappointed.

As the hoodlums stood frozen in my webbing, I couldn't help but tease them. "Aw, you three look cute all wrapped up like that," I said with a grin "Consider this a friendly reminder: Don't cause trouble next time, alright?"

 ....

"Thank you, Spider-Man!" the old woman exclaimed with relief, her voice filled with gratitude.

"No problem, ma'am," I replied with a smile, before swinging away again. "Just doing my thing as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man."

[Meanwhile Chris Side]

Chris Hilton stood outside Norman Osborn's office, looking serious as he waited to be let in. He couldn't stop thinking about Osborn's new laser gun. It bothered him a lot. He felt like there was something really bad about it and about Osborn too.

When Chris walked into Osborn's office, he acted calm and collected, but deep down, he didn't trust Osborn at all. He gave Osborn a nod but looked at him closely, trying to figure him out.

"Mr. Osborn", Chris began, his tone calm but filled with a hint of skepticism. "

"Ah, Mr. Hilton, what a pleasant surprise" Norman Osborn greeted Chris with a big fake smile.

"Your latest invention is quite impressive," Chris said, pausing for a moment before adding a hidden message for Osborn. "But remember, even a calm lake hides big waves," he said, implying that a wicked person hides their true agenda.

Norman Osborn said stoic, his demeanor is calm. "True, but sometimes those big waves settle down," he replied vaguely. He hinted that even the most wicked person sometimes seek treaty.

Chris raised an eyebrow, not impressed by his word "Is that so?" he countered, his skepticism evident.

Norman Osborn sat comfortably and gestured for Chris Hilton to sit down. "Anyway, What brings you here today, Mr. Hilton?" he asked, sounding curious.

Chris casually remarked, "Oh, just dropping by to say hello." Then, with a serious tone, he added, "But you know right, that we're keeping an eye on you."

Norman Osborn then said smoothly, though there was a hint of tension in his voice. "Dont Worry, there's nothing for you or your associates to worry about."

But Chris wasn't convinced. He knew better than to trust Osborn's assurances. "We'll see about that," he said mysteriously. With one final glance at Osborn, Chris left the office, leaving Osborn to feel uneasy and unsettled.

[Meanwhile Peter Parker]

It was a normal day at school for 12-year-old Peter Parker and his classmates. They were all sitting in Mrs. Thompson's class, paying attention to her lesson. But suddenly, everything changed when a huge robot that looked like a giant monkey crashed into the classroom. Everyone started panicking and screaming.

A scared kid pointed and asked, "What's that?" They sounded really scared. They were talking about the big robot that had suddenly appeared.

Another child, crying, said, "I don't know." They hugged themselves tightly, overwhelmed by the terrifying sight.

Another child cried out, "Mommy!" Their tiny voice was barely heard in all the noise as they looked around desperately, hoping for comfort in the middle of the confusion.

As everything went crazy in the classroom, Peter Parker felt really scared and confused. The classroom used to be calm and organized, but now it looked like something out of a scary movie. A huge robot, like a giant monkey, smashed through the walls, making everything chaotic. The noise was loud, and stuff was flying everywhere, breaking the peace of the school day.

Peter was freaking out in his head, wondering what on earth was going on and why there was a robot in their classroom. His eyes were darting all over the place, looking for any way out or somewhere safe to hide.

In the middle of all the situation, Mrs. Thompson's voice was like a lifeline. She told the kids to calm down and stay relaxed, even though everyone was scared. Her voice stayed strong, which helped the kids feel a bit better. "Don't worry, everything will be okay," she said, trying to keep everyone calm.

When the big robot grabbed Harry, Peter felt scared and determined. He couldn't just watch while his friend was taken away. "Harry!!!" he yelled, desperate to help. But the robot didn't stop.

Harry Osborn cried out for help, pleading with Mrs. Thompson to come to his aid. "Help me! Mrs. Thompson, help me Pete!" he screamed, his voice filled with fear and desperation.

But Mrs. Thompson, their teacher, was too scared to move. She just stood there, watching everything in shock.

Suddenly, the giant robot stopped in its tracks. its mechanical eyes focused on Peter, who was yelling for Harry. Then, surprisingly, it stretched out its mechanical arm and gave Peter a crumpled piece of paper. Peter felt the cold touch of the robot's fingers as he took it, his hand shaking with fear.

The robot's voice echoed in Peter's ears, sounding cold and scary. "Tell Norman Osborn that's the location of where his son is," it said. "But if he tells the police, his son will die." Peter felt a chill run down his spine. It was a warning that made him even more worried about Harry's safety.

"Harry!!!" Peter shouted again, his voice full of emotion as he saw his friend getting farther away. But inside, he knew he had to save Harry, even if it meant taking risks.

As he watched Harry being taken away, Peter's mind raced with thoughts of who could help him in this dire situation. Suddenly, a name flashed in his mind: Michael Wilson. He knew that Brother Michael was someone he could trust, someone who had always been there to offer guidance and support.

With determination burning in his heart, Peter knew what he had to do. He needed to seek out Brother Michael's help to rescue Harry from danger.
