CHAPTER THRITY-THREE
I sipped on a cup of tea as I meandered down the trail. The ducal estate was way too big for me, who had lived in a shack my whole life, but I was getting there. I stared at the sloppily drawn map on my hand. "Just a bit more, apparently." I said, brushing back my sleeves. I was back in my tunic and leggings this time. No more dresses for me - I was getting priest robes soon enough anyway.
But that was a different concern. With all the white on them, I was a bit skepical I could make it through without any stains.
As the trail reached its end, I beamed at the stone house. There it was! I was at the right spot. My educated guess and terrible sense of direction was backed by the people training in the sun. On of them was Levi, swishing a sword around at the front. "Levi!" I said merrily, waving to my favorite extra. Levi waved back. As he walked up to me, He asked, "Waht are you doing here?"
"Oh, im gong into town today to get my priest robes. Remeber?! anyway, I wanted to ask if you wanted to come along too." I said, and, in the background, everyone else turned around to yell "Say yes, levi~" and "Go hang out with your girlfriend~~" Levi completely ignored them, meanwhile, and nodded. "Of course. where are we going?" "That old church near the big oak tree." I said cyptically. I didnt know it exactly, only based on what Cordelia had said.
"I can think of at least three churches." Levi sighed, and I shrugged. "Well, I dont remember the name."
