Few hours later, Ling Feng, Hua Xinyu and Lu Xing arrived at the mercantile auction house known as the Royal Wind Treasury.
The Royal Wind Treasury was actually a faction of commerce under the manipulative control and sovereignty of the Divine Wind Emperor, Feng Yin.
"Welcome, esteemed guests can proceed after depositing a token of ten mid-grade spirit stones" the gentle looking green robed receptionist spoke while mustering a polite smile.
Hua Xinyu indifferently and unhurriedly withdrew thirty pieces of crystalline and smoothly shaped rocks that were brimming with vitality and spiritual energy on the desk of the receptionist.
The latter nodded after a quick observation of the three crystalline rock pieces which indicated his consent.
Actually, Hua Xinyu had paid the entry fee of the three of them at once which surmounted to paying thirty mid-grade spirit stones, it was quite extravagant of an Orifice Clearing Realm cultivator like he was.
After settling the receptionist, Hua Xinyu calmly led Ling Feng and Lu Xing into the inner region of the auction house.
Within the auction house, it looked considerably populated even though there were several blank spots that had not been occupied.
It looked like this particular auction was not a regular bloomer in season, judging from how scanty its population appeared.
Well, it could also be understood that this was only a mercantile auction house which meant that it was only open to the other merchants but not any other cultivators.
This was unlike the civil auction houses that would gladly welcome large masses of cultivators to their venues for large scale sales.
When Ling Feng arrived, it didn't take him quite a while to immediately perceive various areas that were similar to the one released by Hua Xinyu –Orifice Clearing Realm.
There were also a few distinguished auras that were snaking around the whole place that were almost easily negligible.
From the experience of Ling Feng, he could predict that these were Profound Realm Cultivators who were probably big shots in the commercial ministry of this small location.
However, their population percentage could be likened to less than five percent of the entire seating populace.
They immediately settled down as due to their late arrival, they had missed a quarter of the auctioning and had barged right into the moment where it was already in procession.
They couldn't be blamed as the distance between Hua Xinyu's farmland and that of the Royal Wind Treasury was not just a few miles…even the Spirit Steeds they rode could barely complete the journey in merely three hours.
Hua Xinyu suddenly put out a sound transmission jade tablet right after they settled down, it seemed like he was about to communicate a delicate issue.
The sound transmission jade tablet that was pulled had an ashen surface that was beaming with faint white light.
"Attendant! Master Hua has a few items for auctioning, come over right away to appraise" his voice went into the pocket-sized jade tablet held in his palms.
After he was done with the transmission, the faint white light grew brighter for a few more seconds before it went off completely after exhausting its energy when the message had been transmitted successfully.
The jade tablet turned even darker than its initial state, there was even a semblance of a crack that appeared at the top…it really looked like it would soon reach expiry!
Not long after his short exercise, just within the span of five minutes or thereabout, an azure robed teenage girl with the aura of the Fifth Level Pulsating Meridians stage appeared in the view of the seated trio.
"Sir Hua, Master Yu says you can come along now for the appraisal right away…" the azure robed teenage girl said courteously with her fists cupped after a polite greeting.
"Feng Ling, follow me, Lu Xing stay behind here, just in case something interesting pops in, you can always buzz a message over" Hua Xinyu dished out his orders while Lu Xing nodded respectfully and gave a cupped fist and a bow after he stood to his feet.
Meanwhile, Ling Feng followed indifferently after Hua Xinyu with a tranquil and relaxed expression under the guidance of the azure robed attendant to meet the acknowledged Appraisal Master of the Royal Wind Treasury, Master Yu.
"Here we are…" a few minutes of wandering afterwards, they came to a stop at the front of a locked compartment.
Beside the door, there was a three foot tall mechanism plastered on the wall with adept mastery on which were few buttons.
The attendant who had her fingers shrouded in spiritual energy ran her hands mysteriously over the buttons and the door automatically opened.
On its opening, it immediately revealed a middle aged man calmly seated inside.
He had a well revealing goatee that made him look quite outstanding at first glance when complemented with his shoulder length dark brown hair.
When he looked up at them, his brown eyes sparkled with profound light containing a sheen of wisdom of the true merchant. He was at the Profound Realm judging from how collected the aura he released was which Ling Feng could easily tell from a single blank gaze.
"Friend Hua, it's only been a few days but it feels like centuries had long gone" The Appraisal Master Yu Fenghai immediately flattered courteously after Ling Feng and Hua Xinyu had entered.
"You're too lax, Old Yu haha!" Hua Xinyu responded with a pleased laugh after receiving a wisp of customer service from the all-smiling Yu Fenghai.
"I hope your presence brings good news as always, I heard you want me to do you a favor" Yu Fenghai said while skimming matters on the surface.
"Actually, we really brought a package here for which we want you to appraise and further auction for us at a fairly agreeable price today" Hua Xinyu replied smartly at once.
He loved positive vibes, he had no time for dull and displeasing moments so he immediately hit the nail on the head and simply buttressed on his purpose and business of arrival at once.
