This is one of the main things to note! *The MC emits dark aura and those around ain't stupid to feel this. * No harem, NTR... * This is a super slow burn romance. Extraordinary super slow burn romance. * There are ranks of the mages in this book, with Rank S being the highest. * The monsters also have their level, which is determined by their destructive capacity and the amount of damage inflicted on their prey or target. Vittaya

A complete week in Elaskor.

Somewhere around Lake Dalvex.

Five hours until midnight.

__

The lakes murmured and a cold breeze blew through the leaves of different trees in the darkness.

On a slab of stone, in the middle of a quiet lake, Vin sat, meditating without a single disturbance of any cricket.

The only sound he could hear was the frequent gush of wind now and then.

Sitting alone in the dark, he had told Mrs Carolyn and the others about this and after hours of pleading, he finally stepped out of the house.

Taking a deep breath, he pulled off his hood and the shirt beneath it, allowing the night breeze to blow past his chest.

A comfortable wave passed his body as he sat down on the stone, continuing his meditation, when he felt a presence.

It was in front of him and a silent breathing made him open his eyes.

"Dear me! Lord Dravil, forgive me for disrupting your meditation. But I must say you are late."

An unfamiliar face an inch away from his smiled widely saying this. His purple hair moved to the rhythm of the breeze and a sparkle lit in his eyes. He floated above the ground, with no effort. Pallid was his skin and on his right ear, an array of red ruby piercing.

However, apart from his god-like beauty, his appearance spoke nothing but wickedness.

"And you are?"

"Lord Dravil! How could you forget about me?"

"I literally don't care about you, so that would mean I forgot everything about you!"

[I need to say these words harshly. This Demon in front of me emits such an unlikely aura, one I haven't felt, ever.]

"Lord Dravil, don't be so cold. My heart is set ablaze by your words" he closed his right eye, before saying, "I am Vit-"

"Firstly, you are way too close to my face!" Vin finally said, making him move backwards. "Secondly, you disturbed the peace of my meditation."

The Demon broke into a snigger, and then after seeing the terror in Vin's eyes, saying words of death, he pulled himself together.

"I apologize deeply My Lord," he said, floating above Vin, "But I must say, you truly look amusing with such an expression on your face. However, since I fear you can rip my head out easily and at no time, let me introduce myself. I'm Vittaya, Aragon's brother."

"So?"

"So, I came here to personally inform you that you, my lord , didn't come to the Demon gathering, three days ago. I know you are always the late type. Nevertheless, there still remains one and that takes place tomorrow, during midnight in Nina's mansion."

Vin stared at Vittaya with a look which made him feel unforgettable, "What's with all these invitations these days? Why can't I have-"

"Sorry to interrupt your words my lord, but this isn't about the invitation only. This is all the gathering for the top ranked demons who as we all know are extremely powerful and don't want to lack entertainment"

"You are saying that this is not just about invitation?"

"Oh No My Lord, there is something else in the gathering. And to give you a little hint, it has much torture to enjoy that ever" Vittaya giggled, then he crossed his leg in a Lotus position, levitating above the water.

[Least I forget, Dravil has a huge deal with bloodlust. Now, I must understand why Vittaya thinks it's amusing to me, he thinks it's a means of entertainment. However, he doesn't know all those scenes makes me sick.]

"Oh is that so? I can't wait! How wonderful!" Vin said, without a hint of sarcasm.

"You don't want to go?" Vittaya asked, understanding the tone of his voice.

"Well, I was in the middle of something before you came and disrupted it all!"

"I said I was sorry"

"Yes, sorry for yourself!."

[If I had done this meditation, I would have easily known how to channel my powers into my body and Understand the strength of this infinite overpowered magic flowing in Dravil's vein.]

"Anyways, I might come." Vin said, watching how his expression changed.

Definitely, Vittaya was scared talking to him and would weigh his words first before saying it out loud. Because he knows Dravil has quite a temper and any word can lead to an outburst of rage.

"Might?!" Vittaya held Dravil's shoulders, "My lord, it is compulsory and more importantly, you must be present"

"Is that so?"

"Yes My Lord!" He let go of his grip after seeing Vin look at his hands. "You always participate. Why don't you want to know?"

"I didn't say I won't-"

"Oh, how fabulous my lord. Remember, it won't be a mistake nor a regret" Vittaya cut in with a wide smile. "I'll be expecting you, love and kisses!."

He disappeared into thin air after winking, leaving behind petals of a sweet smelling flower which covered the waters.

"Now I can see, the madness runs in the family's bloodline,'' Vin said, walking to get his hood and shirt. "They all sweet-talk, but if a true attitude comes out, you would tremble and fear, thinking it is another who stands before your eyes."

Before he left, Vin took a look at the lake filled with petals whose aroma surpasses any perfume.

A single thought came to his head.

Bringing out a small bottle with the most beautiful design, Vin stretched out his hand, making the pink petals all rise from the water.

Making them spin, he drained out their liquid into the bottle, while making a petal stick on the side.

The liquid in the bottle had a pink color, beautiful and perfect for a lady.

"There, that would do" He shut the bottle with a smile.

[I have to show my gratitude to her for making me feel at home.]

He wore his shirt and hood back, placing the bottle in his pocket.

Walking away, he looked behind some trees, feeling a presence behind them. Pushing the thought away, he dashed to the town.

Meanwhile, Sebastian stood behind the trees with a confused look.

"What's My master up to?"
