Entering The Game Again I

At this moment, Zen and Sera were still speechless.

The reason for this was because of the story that their parents told them.

Although they knew that their parents worked for the government, it was all they knew. They did not know the conspiracies and how hectic of a job it really was.

Their family had a very close relationship with each other. Thus, this revelation made the siblings not know what to say.

Seeing their children who still had blank expressions on their faces, the couple waited patiently.

They gave their children time to digest what they said without pressuring them in any way.

After a long time of silence, Zen scratched his head and said, "Well, I didn't expect that… In my opinion, it's even kinda cool…"

"Brother is right! It's the same for me, I didn't expect my mom and dad to be so mysterious!" Sera chimed in with sparkling eyes.

Zen smiled and continued, "It's normal for us to want a part of ourselves to be hidden from others. Just because we're family doesn't mean that we have to expose our entire selves to each other."

"Yeah! After all, unlike brother, we can shave on our own. That is why you shouldn't worry about us treating you differently just because of this matter."

Zen's smile quickly disappeared from his face as his face turned to his sister.

Sera pretended to not notice and continued looking at their parents seriously.

"Pfft… Hahaha!"

However, she could not maintain her composure for long and laughed out loud.

"You really don't learn, do you!?"

"No, no! I'll stop— Hahahahah!!"

Zen quickly grabbed his sister's foot and wildly tickled it.

"Nooooo- Haha- Sto- Hahahaha!! I- Ahaha- won't- Haha- mentio- Hahahaha- It- Ahahaha- agai- Hahaha!!!"

Sera, who was currently laughing in tears, begged. However, the words that came out of her mouth were always cut short by her laughs.

The siblings' silliness lightened the atmosphere in the room.

The couple looked at each other and smiled in relief.

"We were worried for nothing."

"Yup, I'm glad."

"Zen, Sera."

Hearing their mother's call, the siblings stopped what they were doing and listened attentively.

"Is there something else, mom?" Sera, whose foot was still held by Zen, asked confusedly.

Rina glanced at her husband before replying to her children, "Your dad and I also decided that we should get out of the hospital as soon as possible."

Ren nodded and added, "Initially, we were worried because of your brother's health. However, now that he's cured, it will be safer for us since we can leave earlier."

Hearing this, the siblings glanced at each other.

They felt that it made sense, thinking that it was better to have a change of environment since this private ward was where they almost spent their past ten years.

"Then when are we going to leave?" Zen, who was still holding his little sister's foot, asked curiously.

"Since your mother and I still need to pack and finalize our destination, we'll leave in three days at most."

"So, you are free to do anything you want in the next three days. Leave the troublesome stuff to us."

Ren and Rina said in succession after thinking for a second.

The siblings nodded attentively. Honestly speaking, they were quite excited to travel to another place!

This was true especially to Zen, since he had been shackled in this room for ten years. Although it looked luxurious, he longed to travel to other places freely like a bird.

'Hmmm… speaking of birds… will it be possible for me to fly?'

As this thought passed by his mind, he could not help but become excited.

"Brother, are you constipated?"

His little sister's words were annoyingly familiar to him.

"You little… I'm just excited! Let me be!!"

"Hehe~"

"Oh, you really don't learn, do you…"

Zen said as his hand slowly moved towards his little sister's foot that he was still holding.

Sera's laughs soon filled the room.

After the family bonded around for a while, Ren and Rina unwillingly bade farewell to their children and left.

Looking at the blue sky, Zen sighed.

Although all he wanted now was to spend time with his family, the situation did not allow for it.

'If I become stronger then I'll be able to do anything that I want…'

This thought gave him the motivation and drive that he needed. Thus, he decided to give his best in order to achieve this little goal of his.

"Brother, are you gonna enter the game too?"

He turned his head to his little sister.

Sera was wearing new clothes with a towel wrapped around her head. It was obvious that she had just finished showering.

The fragrance of her soap also filled the room.

Zen's private ward was luxurious. It has all the necessities needed for a person to live. The room had its own bathroom and television.

However, this private ward did not have its own kitchen. It was also unnecessary since the hospital provided the meals for their patients and the family of the patient.

"Yup. I'll enter the game after taking a bath."

"Then I'll go first. Okay~?"

"Mhm."

Zen nodded, it was obvious that his little sister was excited to enter the game.

He soon got up and walked towards the bathroom.
