Chapter 2: Meeting My Parents! Breakthrough?

After nodding in self aprovement, i decide to change my outfit so, i looked for some time in my wardrobe but the huge amount of clothes took me by surprised and i had to take some time choosing.

After some time of looking, i found it. It was a robe with obsidian black robe that flows gracefully, adorned with intricate silver embroidery along the hems. The fabric is smooth to the touch, reflecting a subtle sheen under the light. The robe is designed with a high collar that adds an aura of sophistication to the young cultivator.

Wearing it, i looked at myself in the mirror and i nodded in self satisfaction and lost in my own beauty

"Ah okay, lead the way!" I said as he bowed a little and then start to lead the way....

On our way to the dining hall, we went through many rooms showcasing how big the tian mansion really is.

And then after some time and passing through many rooms, we finally reached there....

She knocked the door and then a hoarse deep voice came from the dining hall.

"Come in!" The hoarse deep voice said as she opened the door and stand there while bowing a little.

Upon entering it, i was greeted with a big room that has a long, big table and there were 2 people there and some maids and butlers standing in the corners with their eyes closed with a calm face.

"Father, mother! Good Morning" I greeted them and then they nodded it and mother said

"Son! Come and sit beside me" She said pointing at the chair beside her.

I walk up to the chair, sat and then looked at my father

"Father! Why have you called me? Do you need me for anything?" I said as there was silence as no one was taking the initiative to speak first so to break the silence, i spoke first

"I need to inform you that the Heavenly Palace is holding a disciple Recruitment Ceremony in 3 months and i want to know if you want to take the ceremony or not!" He said as he wore a gentle expression on his face

"Hmm" i start to thought if i should take it or not! There isn't much benefits other than gaining experiences but i can also meet "Son of Heaven/Daughter of heaven" And harvest them so i should take it right?

"Okay father! I'll take it" i said as i was observing father's expression and seeing no changes he must have been expecting me to say that

"Hmm, okay! Anyway how's your cultivation coming along?" He said as he inspect me

"I'm currently at Advance stage if foundation builiding stage and i think i can enter the Core formation realm in 3 days at most" I said with a happy and proudness at my progress

"Good good! I expect no less from my son hahaha" he said as he laugh while stroking his short beard that covered only his neck

"Then, excuse me" i said as i bowed a little and then left the room and went to my own room

Upon arriving, i sat on my bed cross-legged and then start to breath in and out

After cultivating, i headed to training ground and start to practice some offense and defence techniques
