"Aroa!!! Divine breath to the ocean!"

As Klaus said a large amount of mana gathered at Aroa's mouth and next moment an intense silvery dragon breath rushed out from her mouth

The whole water of the ocean in the 390 meters range vanished directly from it's existence

It wasn't anything like melting or evaporation but it simply meant the whole mass disappeared in the river of time and space and simply stopped existing

Even Klaus seemed dazed by the type of raw and unrefined fire power, Klaus turned around to watch the reactions of others

The dragon family had no light in those eyes, they just stood or floated like dead corpses in the sky

Syrax questioned Klaus with a confused face with a large pile of huge dragon scales and gigantic nails behind him

There were various types of mysterious fruits and herbs packed up in the background too

The place at which all things had been piled up was almost 900 meters long, so this amount is actually quite huge

Klaus looked around observing things with a bright smile on his face and gave an immediate response

"This much is more than enough to rebuild the case of my whole organisation from scratch...

I'm still thankful for your acknowledgement for the deal!"

Klaus gave a big thumbs up to Syrax and next moment Klaus noticed Alette also approaching the castle with few more fairies

"Here are the things according to our deal..."

As Alette said that next moment huge magic circles appeared on the sky dropping astronomical amounts of precious materials in an open area

Klaus grinned and responded to Alette too

"Hahaha! As expected of fairies, quick at their work, thank you for help then!"

Alette still seemed to be concerned a little about her ego in her unconscious mind but the desire for delicacies far over powered her ego

Suddenly various holes appeared below all the materials dropped there and everything went to Klaus's storage

Klaus smiled with satisfaction and gave his temporary farewells to others

Syrax and Alette smiled and waved back at Klaus, Syrax even gave few words before Klaus left

Klaus gave a nod and next moment Klaus walked right inside the purple portal in front of him with a satisfied face

Klaus appeared right back to his mansion again, this time almost 2 months have passed again with no trouble

As soon as Klaus returned he was greeted by Ashia's sweet smile, Klaus also gave an immediate reply with a bright face

Klaus walked upto his window again and this time Klaus noticed the process of rebuilding the whole city of Rosario was still going on perfectly

No, it might be more accurate to say it had been upgraded to a high grade city with tall buildings and perfect architecture

The northern part with the adventures guild had been already rebuilt into a grand building visible from even here

Klaus opened the window and went outside with a cool face and made his way directly to the high air

After Klaus arrived a little distance to the mansion, Klaus turned back to see his home from high up

Klaus noticed a huge garden on the backside of the mansion with various servants taking care of the place

The front was the usual big yard with fountain and other plants and trees for the beautiful decorations

A grand mansion worthy for the position of Duke, there also seemed to be a newly built training ground in little distance from mansion for the knights

And a tower under construction for the mages, the mages seemed enthusiastic while helping around with the construction of their own tower

Various things were going on at the place and many new buildings had been under construction for the upgrade

Klaus felt satisfied with the things that were there and next Klaus's gaze went to the city under construction again

"Hooo~ it's completely a new way from up here..."

From here Klaus managed to see a new light of the view of the city, the sewer system, broad roads, good buildings and houses

An incredibly suspicious and grand church under construction with fanatic priests kneeling in the direction of Klaus with tears in their eyes

"Oh my such a holy presence..."

"Ahh~ what a pleasure to live this close to Saint!"

"I can already feel the gods from here!"

Klaus just ignored those words that he managed to hear with HD quality from hundreds of meters away

'How the fuck did they even got permission to built such a huge church here? I'm the lord here, ask my permission to build such kind of things!!!"

Klaus moved away his face with a sigh and as his eyes moved on Klaus once again noticed the beauty of the place

The children running around with bright faces and adventurers going to their work as usual in the day and the same huge 'tower of challenges' at the centre of city

"I should pay a city visit soon..."

Klaus sighed and moved back to his office and started walking outside of the room, Ashia also followed Klaus outside of the room and they continued walking quietly

They came across a few maids and servants walking around here and there and received their greetings calmly

"Where is Orion?"

Klaus questioned Ashia with a calm face as they continued on their way,

"He has been working as in charge of the process of rebuilding the city as we are short on man power these days"

Klaus nodded and grabbed a huge paper rolled into a big scroll and passed it to Ashia and said

"Seems like the perfect time now, we have been using this process of upgrading as a method to train our mages right?"

"Indeed"

Klaus nodded with satisfaction and instructed "Then guess we can add few more things, use all our knights as guards outside of city, we will be expanding the city in large scale

Let's start from the back side of the city and create another wall, we will expand the city from 9.3 km squares to 26 km squares

We are going to experience a population boom within a few months, many people are going to migrate here, this place will be the centre part of the city

Followed by inner regions which is the existing city and then the outer region for new migrators

We will divide all parts of the city into 12 parts for different people and needs, reserve two areas for our subordinates and their families

Ashia was quite amazed by Klaus's grand plans and after a nod she also stopped, Klaus directly went to the underground floor of the mansion through the stairs

Ashia took the scroll and returned with a light smile on her face

Klaus on the other hand arrived at the deepest place of the mansion, as Klaus entered the place the whole hall looking place immediately brightened up with glowing light at top

"A personal production space is it?"

Klaus was also amazed by things here, there were all kinds of things Klaus needed as a blacksmith and artifact creator and absolutely best graded at that

"Apollo, we need to finish this fast..."

Suddenly Apollo with scholars glasses and clothing popped right besides Klaus's face with serious face and next

Klaus went to a table at the corner of the room with various design making materials there and grabbed a big paper and pen there

As time went on various papers got filled with those calculations and it seemed something like mix of high level math, chemistry and physics

"So with that basic calculations finished, time for design..."

Klaus somehow seemed to be enjoying it and moved his hands once again in blank paper

A designing scale, measurement tools and Klaus's own pencil and various other colourful pens started moving in fast towards motion

Klaus took out various types of magic stones and elements from his storage with appraised them with his golden eyes and

As time went on, within some hours a detailed structure of various types of magic stones and needed materials was completed
