He was about to freak out but he remembered the little kids in his arms that needed medical treatment and put freaking out on the back burner and focus on getting them to a hospital where the other little girl could be treated. How did he know the other person was a little girl? Well the noes knows having Sesshomarus sense of smell and hearing makes it so he knows everything that is happening around him for miles.
