Chapter 17: Anime Prince

It was about time they left. Jenna excused herself as she went to change into something more comfy while the Men waited outside by the car.

She hurriedly got to her room and changed into a black turtleneck too and a Jean trouser with her long brown trenched coat Jacket that reached her knee.

Then she wore a pair of black boots and her hair was poured down to her waist. She took out a purse and hung it around her shoulders down to her hip.

She looked at herself in the mirror abs smiled at the Chevy gunfire in front of her. "Darn! She loved herself!. She took few poses then took a deep breath and walked out of the room.

Arnold and the Two gentlemen stood waiting for her as they got busy with their phones while Arnold stood looking at a building. Seems he was thinking about something.

Immediately the door opened her veteran executive made their heads turn. Brett and Damien were now staring at her as their eyes didn't leave her face.

Arnold noticed the men stared at something. He immediately followed the trace of their eyes then his eyes landed on her.

She kept walking and she felt awkward by the looks they gave her. She had to lower her gaze and looked down to what she wore as if they were rags. It was okay they weren't any holes in her jeans so she infected why they stared the way they did.

Arnold allowed Brett do the driving while Damien sat at the front sit next to Brett.

Arnold and Jenna sat silently at the back seats.

Arnold was quiet through out their ride not like he was a talkative but right now he was just being unnecessarily quiet. She felt like he was being forced to come along. She said no word cause she didn't want to ruin anything.

The car stopped in front of sone colorful entrance. The car was parked outside and they all stepped out.

The ground was dusty. There were much exciting things to see . The first thing Jenna smelled sweet was Barbecue. They walked in and she turned to whatever exciting thing she saw.

There was a store where one would have to shoot an arrow at a hung banana and if it shoots right at it one would get a stuffed animal.

The Fair was a very busy place. Hundreds of people were gathered it was so crowded there.

Jenna's eyes widened as she spotted a Ferris Wheel. Arnold was right beside her and he could see how she stared at it.

Damien and Brett left to get an ice cream cone.

Arnold blinked then titled his head. She looked like a little girl wishing to be on that ride with her adorable eyes looking up to it.

" You want to go on the ride?. Arnold asked with his hand tucked into both his pockets.

She looked up to him then she blinked away.

"Guess she didn't want to go on it after all." His eyes swept through the crowd.

"This is the right time to make Mister Arnold know what fun feels like. She thought as if a light bulb popped up at her head.

"Mister Arnold?." She called. The gorgeous man who was lost in thought woke up. He slowly looked down to her then he blinked.

Arnold was tall with broad shoulders and Jenna's head were at his arms length. He always had to bend a little to look down to her while she raised her heads up looking straight at him.

"I really want to go on the ride." She really thought he wouldn't let her and that she was asking for too much . First he never planned on coming here and now he is here she was still going to ask for more?

Arnold looked away from her. She folder her lips into a thin line and lowered her gaze looking to the dusty ground.

"It's okay if you said no to it. I shouldn't really have asked."

Arnold turned to look at her then he inhaled silently. He wondered why she was now making him do things he never did.

"Fine. You could get in the ride." He turned his face away before she looked at him.

Her frown curved into a big smile then she frowned again. "C..can you come with me? Please?." She bit her lower lip.

What did this girl do to him? He just couldn't say no to her. "Come with you?." He repeated.

She nodded almost immediately. "I don't go on such rides." He looked away leaving her speechless.

"B..but why? She gaped at him. He took few seconds before he responded.

"I've never been on one." He didn't turn to her this time. He kept his head still looking at a Particular Girl with her Sister.

His eyes darkened again. He was thinking of something again. After a while he shook his head waving the thoughts away.

"Are you okay?." She leaned and looked strangely at him.

"Yes." He didn't move his eyes away.

"Okay. So.. can we go now? Please?." She looked at him with sad eyes. Then he nodded.

"Yes!." She jumped up with excitement . Arnold grinned at her reaction. Dies little things like this really excites a person? He thought as he saw her jumped.

" Okay" he halted. "That's enough." He continued.

Jenna stopped . She didn't know jumping now annoyed him so much.

"I'm sorry I jumped." She averted her gaze.

Was this girl serious? She literally apologized for everything. Why was she so calm and innocent? He thought then looked down to her beautiful hair just then he remembered when he sniffed it.

"I'm not angry you jumped in excitement." He halted.

"What I meant was we'd be going to your Grandma's place. You wouldn't want to be late, would you? He grinned at her adorable face.

The two men came to them with an Ice Cream Cone.

Brett gave Jenna the cone which was just for her.

"They didn't bring any for them or even Arnold. As if they already knew he didn't like it. Even if he didn't at least they would've.

But why didn't they got any for themselves? Was it that they all hated Ice cream?" She said to herself.

"You got just one." She turned to Brett and then to Arnold.

Arnold didn't really mind what they talked about. He just kept his head still looking front. He looked sad and confused and this worried the Men in front of him.

Damien turned to Brett and he did same. They wondered what went on in Arnold's Mind. They sensed Trouble.

Jenna just stood confused staring at the three men.

"Okay can we go there now?." She raised a brow and the men wondered where they were going.

"Go where?." Damien was worried he knew Arnold wasn't in a good mood now.

"There." She pointed to the Ferris Wheel. The men turned to look at it then they looked at each other again in surprise.

They turned to Arnold who didn't seem to care. He just stood there like a God. Darn! He was really hot! All girls couldn't help but stare. One even tripped over a rock cause she didn't watch where she went.

Jenna's eyes went to A girl who pointed at Arnold.

"Sister look at that man. He looks like a Prince in Anime." She smiled at her Buh Sister who stood to get Candy.

Jenna couldn't help but stare at the little girl who admired Arnold.

Then she smiled as she listened to their conversation. Arnold stopped walking when he noticed Jenna wasn't at his side.

"Did she got lost amongst the crowd?" His eyes swept through the crowd searching for her. He saw her standing looking at some thing. Then he traced and saw the little girl.

Arnold slowly walked to her then he glanced at the little girl she looked at.

"What are you doing here?." He asked.

She smiled at him. "There, that little girl admires you. She says you look just like an Anime Prince character."

She smiled. She found the girl so lovely, sweet and angelic. She looked at her with loving eyes.

Arnold stood to watch her. "She now found children lovely?." He said to himself.

"No don't, don't go." Her sister called out to her. Jenna overheard their discussion earlier. They placed a bet on Jenna being Arnold's Girlfriend.

The Little Girl sweetly marched up to her and Arnold just stood frozen as he didn't know what was happening.

"Hey, I'm Lily." She smiled at them and Jenna couldn't help but smile back at her. She squatted to listen to what she had to say.

"And I'm Jenna." She brought her hands forward for a handshake and they both shook hands.

"Hi." She waved at Arnold and he just stood there like a statue looking at her.

It was difficult. He had never been around kids or ever spoke to one before. He didn't know how to deal with a child.

Let's just say he doesn't like children. The little girl became really scared and wanted to cry.

Jenna studied her face and then looked up to Arnold to see if he made scary faces at her buh He didn't . He just stood looking at the why she almost cried.

Jenna held her shoulders.. "I..I just want to tell him that I liked him. He looks like my Favorite Anime Prince." Immediately she mentioned the word "Anime" she smiled.
