13: Game Over

Emesta had not been very fond of the idea of meeting with Adriel at the start of their communications. Receiving messages from a man seeking to find her sister's location had been both triggering and suspicious to her. Even now as she sat in the lobby of the airport, her fingers tapped nervously on her leg. The only reason she had agreed to meet with the man at all was because he agreed to facetime her and confirm that he was indeed not who she worried he was. On another note, the whole ordeal had her worried beyond belief. 

If what the man said was true and Yanire had gone missing… Emesta was fairly certain that she knew exactly who was to blame and the idea made her spine feel cold. She had rescued her sister from the villainous bastard on one occasion already, and she would do the same again and again. Emesta found that even with everything that had happened, she did not regret helping Yanire be free of him.
