Chapter 23 Resignation Storm

Gossip could be seen in the company's sales department every day, and Lavinia would look at it occasionally and then knew clearly that many words were innuendo accusing herself. She was not stupid, but she just didn’t want to take these little things seriously.

She didn't expect to hear someone saying dirty words in front of her when she arrived at the company.

"I heard that Lavinia is going to change jobs just after getting rich? You see, once she got a rich boyfriend, she resigned from her job immediately. Was she not used to the life of the poor?"

Lavinia was just by their side. So they just pretended that they didn’t see her at all.

She restrained her heart and went back to her workplace, only to find that someone had vacated her place, and all her stuff placed initially in it disappeared.

She hadn’t resigned yet. Why was everything gone?

Lavinia stomped to Jack's office, and the bag slammed on his desk.
