Chapter: Zeus' Godly Abilities

After Anastasia's brave speech, Zane and Layla came to understand her pain. She had never spoken much about herself, but it was now evident that the royals had played a huge role in ruining her life. No one could blame her for the resentment she held within her heart.

Unfortunately, as expected, the royals didn't care. Their pride was far too valuable for them to put aside for a single Rank 4.

"Zane!" Suddenly called Ares— snapping him out of his thoughts.

"What is it, Ares?"

"In this fight, you must ensure that you're not knocked unconscious. If you are, then Jupiter will reemerge and cause problems for us."

"Tsk! Isn't there a way to rid him from my subconsciousness?"

"Not exactly. We could try wiping your memories, but that wouldn't do any good. However, there's a time limit for how long he can stay alive within your subconsciousness. If you can keep him at bay until that time limit is gone then he will die."

"Sounds easy enough."
