Chapter: Apollo's Plan
"Apollo's plan is quite diverse," began Ares, "Around 80% of everything he's wanted to happen has occurred just the way he wanted it to."
"But how far does it all go..? We continue to receive anonymous help which we assume is from Apollo, but we could never tell why..." Mumbled Layla.
Layla even remembered how Apollo had come in contact with her on more than one occasion. Each time he had asked her to join him. However, despite how many times Apollo told her the same thing, he had made very little effort to reach out to her afterward. It was almost as if he was simply trying to tease her. Unfortunately, Layla could not propose this question as it would raise suspicion against her.
"Zane, I'm sure you're aware of Apollo's past. Artemis had told me that she had explained it to you. So you should know that Apollo sees everyone around him as nothing more than tools."
"That's the reason you called us pawns earlier I take it?" Queried Zane.
