As I walked into King's Cross with Hermione and Rose, I pondered on the upcoming year, with the tournament coming I still wondered on the decisions I had made regarding it.
For one, and being something I had no reservations sticking to, was that Rose was not going to be involved. She did not need to deal with it and with the changes I had already made and were going to make, there was no reason to get her involved.
Second, I wasn't going to get myself entered either. If Crouch Jr. had replaced Moody then the general plan was to still use the tournament to kidnap Rose to revive Voldemort, and as such the main points should still be the same or similar. Knowing this I knew everything I needed to in order to prevent it and kill him for good.
That's not to say I wasn't going to keep an eye out for any changes just in case anything did, I was certainly not going to leave it to chance. But me entering the tournament just wasn't needed.
There was no incentive to do it anyways, as the fame wasn't as big as it claimed to be, and the gold reward was paltry compared to what I already had access to. I also could move around in the background easier without the attention being a champion would bring.
Third, I was planning to progress my relationship with both Rose and Hermione further during the year, and try and see what I could do to get them to accept being with both of them. I had no doubt that I would need to do quite a bit of work to pull this off but, what can I say, I'm a greedy man.
That said they both already showed signs of not having as big a problem with this already. The attention they had been giving me over the summer showed almost no jealousy between the two whenever the three of us interacted with each other. I was still going to play it cautiously however, and I certainly wasn't going to be the one to suggest it, better to let them come to me with the idea.
Giving our goodbyes to Sirius, the three of us found an empty compartment while we waited for the train to set off, both Hermione and Rose siting on either side of me as we continued to talk about the upcoming year, and the rumors of something big in the works planned.
Both were increasing their attention as constantly they would try to find reason to touch me in subtle ways while talking. A brief hand held here (Gasp!), a touch to the arm there, a shoulder to shoulder bump there, their intentions were clear. They were not that much more overt about it though, being typical girls in their approach.
As the train started to set out, Ron finally showed up as he dragged his trunk in, though it didn't take him long to notice the closeness of the three of us, or the fact that the third person was myself.
"What's this then?" He grunts out, annoyance clear in his tone.
"What's what?" Hermione counters immediately, certainly not going to say anything about it.
"What's he doing here and why are you both so close to him. It's weird." Ron obviously has no qualms spelling it out.
Rose and Hermione share a look before Rose decides to answer. "Jacob is our friend, we spent most of the summer in the same house and there's nothing odd about how we are sitting." Hermione agrees with a slight huff before Rose continues. "You're reading too much into whatever you seem to think is going on Ron."
Seeing no way to win what surely will devolve into an argument, Ron actually decides to do the smart thing and drops it, starting in on asking about the girls summer, though blatantly leaving me out of it. The two notice this of course, but also choose not to bring too much attention to it as they both agreed that just was how Ron was. It was just something that would never change about him.
After about an hour of this, with Hermione having pulled out a book, and Rose having started a chess match with Ron, I decide to get up and stretch my legs a bit, maybe look for the trolley for some snacks.
Asking if anyone wants anything, ignoring Ron obviously answering due to wanting something he is actually interested in now that I supposedly offered, Rose and Hermione just ask to get whatever, though they comment they aren't all that hungry yet.
Giving a shrug I head off down the corridor as I come across the occasional house mate, catching up with some people and just passing the time.
A bit later I find my peace disturbed as a door I just passed is ripped open and a snarl behind me rings out.
"YOU!" Malfoy practically shouts out as her wand is in hand, shaking in my direction.
"Me?" I answer back, only half turning to her, seeing no real threat but still deciding to be an ass.
She does not like my blasé response as her face grows redder in rage. "How dare you act so calm after doing what you did! Because of you my father's in prison and my mother is a disgrace, openly mocked after being cast from her family with no money to her name!" Even describing the result of her families actions causes her to grow angrier.
Words almost seem to fail her as she struggles not to start throwing out spells. "She had to seek refuge with my grandparents in France after having no where else to go, barely able to afford for me to come back for this year."
"How is any of this my fault?" I snap back at her, though still retaining a calm facade in the face of her comments. "Your father chose to do what he did, no one forced him to do it, and your mother used the Black reputation for her own ends while my father was in jail. While the rightful Head was falsely imprisoned and your parents chose to black wall any attempts to get him out."
Turning fully to her I continue to hammer home her stupidity in thinking the outcome of what happened was anything but the result of her parents own actions.
"As far as Sirius and I are concerned, what happened is merely justice done and is the least that should have happened because of their choices." Deciding to push her a bit further, and see if she would actually start something, I throw one last comment out there. "You should really pull that stick out of your arse and grow up, the world doesn't revolve around you and your 'daddy'."
She freezes momentarily before giving a shrill scream, throwing whatever first comes to mind at me, her wand sending out curse after curse.
Almost lazily I raise my hand, every spell she casts halting half a foot in front of my palm and seeming to melt into a single tiny ball of magic.
After the rage passes she notices the futile attempt, and her wand falls limp in her fingers. Her eyes staring incomprehensibly at my actions.
With a clenching of my hand, the ball shrinks before disappearing entirely.
After a few seconds I decide to comment. "Looks like someone needs to be taught some manners."
Her eyes widen as with a swipe, her compartment door slides open, and she is sent careening through the air into one of the benches. Walking in after her, I close the door behind me, setting a few wards and aversion charms to make sure we're not disturbed.

A.N. MC teaches Malfoy the errors of her ways and attaches some charms to her that are a part of the share the fun I and II.
After finishing, MC leaves a present 'behind' that causes Malfoy both some discomfort and enjoyment before leaving her to recover from his actions.
No actual sex happened, it was along the lines of foreplay/very light bondage? That's the closest to describing it off 'hand'.

Giving the closed door a moments look of consideration, coming to terms with what had just happened in the last hour, I shake my head and turn away.
Heading back down the hallway, I almost immediately run into Neville, who upon registering who I am, grabs my hand and shakes it enthusiastically, not knowing the hand he is shaking was only recently up in a bitch.
Looking around, he gestures for me to follow him into an empty compartment, before he continues to shake my hand. "I have no words to describe the thanks I have for what you have done for my family."
Finally realizing the length of time he's spent shaking my hand he nervously lets go and gives an embarrassed cough. "When Professor Dumbledore came to our house, and told us about what you did, and that you told him about how to help other's going through similar maladies, My grandmother actually collapsed in her chair. The thought of a Black helping the way you did gave her quite the shock."
Seeming to realize the possible offense his words could give, he is quick to cover himself. "That's not to say you being a Black is bad, it's just your aunt was one of the ones responsible and Gran has a bit of bias when it comes to your family." He seems to shrink into himself after registering his awkward excuse.
Not taking any offense, I just wave him off. "It's okay Neville, I know what you mean, and I'm just glad I could help." I give him a pat on his shoulder. "No one should have to watch their parents the way you had to growing up, not having them recognize their own son."
He stands there for a moment longer, numerous warring emotions running through him, before he gives me a grateful nod as we leave things as is and head back to our prior destinations.
Coming across the trolley, I grab some chocolate and other assorted sweets, before reentering my original compartment.
Hermione is still reading a book, no surprise, while Rose has brought out the Occlumency book I gave her, occasionally flipping a page with one hand, while the other lightly grips the pendant around her neck.
Ron is no where to be seen, I'm assuming after having beaten Rose and having the two girls start reading, he had left to meet up with Seamus or Dean, them being the usual other two he hangs out with when Rose and Hermione are doing 'girl' things.
Seeing me reenter, the two give me a smile before moving apart slightly for me to retake my seat between them.
Being in such a good mood, I raise both my arms and lay them over both girls shoulders, getting a blush from both, before both seem to settle in just that much closer, going back to their books.
After a few minutes though, Hermione raises her head and seems to give the compartment a weird look. "Do either of you smell that?"
It takes me a second before I realize the arm and hand I have around Hermione is the one I had used to 'Discipline' Diana. In a bit of a panic, I subtly cast a cleaning charm and pretend not to know what she's talking about.
Rose also gives the room a look and a few sniffs, but wasn't as close as Hermione was so just comments in the negative before going back to her book, resting her head against my shoulder.
Hermione soon loses interest as the smell quickly dissipates and she also goes back to her book.
Giving a silent sigh of relief, I lay my head back and try to catch a bit of shut eye for the rest of the ride.

Arriving at Hogwarts, things progress quickly as the starting feast beings.
Giving both Rose and Hermione a hug and kiss to the forehead, getting blushes from both, I turn towards the Ravenclaw table, finding Luna sitting in her usual spot humming and tapping her silverware against her plate in a tune only she can hear.
Siting down next to her I give her a polite greeting. "Hello Luna, I hope you had a lovely summer." As her attention is drawn to me by my greeting I continue on. "If I remember correctly you had planned to head to Sweden in search of Crumple-Horned Snorkack's?" At the naming of the supposed animal her eyes light up. "Did you manage to find any?"
Shaking her head, her eyes not dimming in the slightest. "No! But daddy and I will find them eventually!" She exclaims in her usual cheerful way.
"I'm sure you will." I give her a smile before taking a sip of water.
"Did you have fun on the train? It sure looked like you did when spanking Diana." Her question coming out of nowhere, I inhale sharply and start to cough, as I spit the water in my mouth almost comically, hitting Cho Chang, who was siting a few feet to the other side of me from Luna, with a side blast of water, while Luna just looks at me questioningly.
"You shouldn't inhale when drinking you know." Her sage advice is regarded with the due it was given as I get my breath back, and as Cho sends me a glare while wiping water from face and clothes.
"What are you talking about Luna." I almost immediately question her in a whisper.
Giving me a questioning look she regards me for a moment before opening her mouth. "Well you lost your drink when you.."
"No, no, I mean about Diana." I cut her off, as she lightly gasps and nods her head. "Oh, that, I was just asking if you had fun sp.."
Again, I cut her off before she can bring attention to the subject at hand, which thankfully with the hall still filling up there had been no one around us paying attention to hear her question in the first place.
"No Luna, I mean how did you see that." I clarify.
"Oh." She nods her head again, understanding my question. "I looked through the window silly."
She turns her head back to her plate, dinner having just appeared, before grabbing all sorts of different foods.
Shaking my head at Luna being Luna I just give her a brief response. "I had fun, though please don't tell anyone about what you saw." By now there are more people around us, but as per usual they don't really pay much attention to the two of us. Still I talk to her in a low voice, so as not to draw any attention.
"Of course." She nods while shaping her mashed potatoes into a snow man. "I kinda figured it was a private thing with all the charms blocking the window."
I just give her a look before shaking my head and leaving things alone. There was nothing to be gained from asking further.

Dinner soon came to a close as Dumbledore stood to give his usual speech, though before he could begin the doors to the great hall slam open, as a series of thumps ring out, and a disheveled man hobbles his way in.
Dumbledore smiles as he walks around his podium to greet the man and the two share a hand shake before Dumbledore returns to the podium.
"Please allow me to introduce this years Defense against the Dark Arts teacher, Retired Auror Professor Moody." As he gestures to the man sitting down at one end of the teachers table, having shoved the professor previously sitting there aside.
As everyone else claps, I take a moment study him intensely, as to my eyes, his form seems to become slightly ethereal, showing me the man hidden underneath.
'Hello Barty.' I whisper in my mind, as the fake professor brings a sip of Polyjuice Potion to his lips.
