But, keep in mind that this is not the kind of novel where the MC acts like a psychopath from day one. He will walk on the path slowly. >MC won't remember the full extent of the story of movies. >For the first few chapters, the story would follow canon, but variation would start taking place soon when MC would enter the second year. >This is not a harem fic. I have not thought about the love interest, if anyone has any suggestions then feel free to comment. ____________________________________ The book will be updated every Monday to Friday.  To read chapter ahead of public release and to support me, consider becoming a patron on: patreon.com/Yash_Vardhan One can chat with me on my Discord: https://discord.gg/kb7jehGPFX

Living with Weasley's family was a very different experience for Ronan. For the kind of man who believes in silence and quite enjoys himself in a serene envoirment, Weasley's house was quite the opposite of what he likes. Although Weasley's house, The Burrow, was located in the very desolate part of some English village, it was not serene or quiet to say at least.

At every moment of time, one could hear people going up and down the stairs all the time. The people of the house believed in communicating with each other with loud yells, rather than calmly speaking with each other in their room. At one point in time, the house became so noisy that it reminded him of the orphanage that he used to live in. And if that was not enough, there was a ghoul in their attic that would bang the pipes of the house whenever there was a prolonged silence all around the house.

Although during the three-day stay in their house, Ronan was annoyed most of the time, the change of pace from everyday life did make him make some fond memories. Weasley twins taught him some moves on their broomsticks, and they played quidditch most of the time during his stay there. And in those days, he got quite a taste of the sport. He got so intrigued by it, that he decided to try out for the Slytherin team that year.

According to twins, he could become a good chaser. This was true in some sense, with his telekinesis it became almost too easy to steal the quaffle from the players, and although he did have the power to swing the bat to become a beater, he really liked the position of chasers. As far as seeker and goalkeeper was concerned, he was not interested in those positions at all.

Little Donatello also had a blast during his stay. The little turtle, who had grown to the size of his hand really enjoyed munching on the cabbages that Mrs. Weasley's garden. The best part was, she didnt even get angry when that gullton nearly ate all of their cabbages. For some reason, she really adored the little thing, like he did. As far Raphael was concerned, he didnt have a lot of time to stay there as he was constantly bringing him mail and taking his mail…

On the fourth day, early in the morning when everyone was having their breakfast and were waiting for him to join them, he came down with his trunks fully packed, surprising every single one of them.

"Ronan," Mrs. Weasley said, "What is all of this?"

He smiled, "Mrs. Weasley.. Thank you for your hospitality, but I need to go now. I have to business to run, and take care of some other things as well."

"But you cannot go," Ginny said, "How are you going to live in that house…"

"I will be just fine. All I need to do is get another house elf,"

"But Ronan, Professor Dumbledore instructed you to stay put for a few days." Mrs. Weasley said while standing up, "I dont think that it would be wise to go against Professor's instruction,"

He passed them a smile, "I will be fine,"

They all tried to tell him to stay, but there was a certain command in his voice that no one further questioned his decision. After getting to the curb of the road from their house, he hauled himself on a knight bus and came back to the house…

Ronan felt that the absence of a house elf was taking a toll on him. It was pretty difficult to manage his business, study, make meals, and clean the whole house on his own. Especially when he couldnt use any magic. With the absence of the house elf, he figured that the ministry would instantly know that if he performed magic, that is why he put his wand away as soon as he got to his house.

A part of him wanted to take a chance and use magic, but he didnt want any sort of warning from the ministry on his record, which is why he stayed away from using the magic. But this ban did fuel his intense curiosity to find a way from which he could get rid of the trace on him. He knew exactly how the trace was put on him, but he had no idea how one could remove the trace.

During the first year of Hogwarts, every first-year needs to get a train ticket to Hogwarts. But after that, no students require a ticket. Also, as no one checked his ticket during their journey and the ticket vanished on its own, it was just too easy to decipher how the ministry managed to put a trace on every student who studied at Hogwarts. To remove the trace, he needed the knowledge of trace, which was easier said than done.

During his tenure at Hogwarts, he had tried to find books that could tell him more about the trace, but he couldnt find any. There is a chance that it might be located in the restricted section of the Library, but no one was going to give him access to that. But luckily for him, a book from Black House had some answers that he needed.

The book was called, Soul: The Window to One True's Self. The book sounded like a self-help book, but it was a book about soul curses and soul magic. It was a very fundamental book and only had theories at most. But the thing was, those theories made him realize that maybe the Trace was related to the soul. It made sense because the power of any charm or spell deteriorates after some time, until and unless they are bounded by a strong catalyst.

In his case, he knows for a fact that powerful magic like the Trace could not be performed without a catalyst if it was a charm or a normal spell. This meant that Trace could be related to soul magic, after all, this magic does vanish when one becomes an age. Now that he had realized what kind of magic he was looking for, he started finding a way to get rid of his trace…

That particular day, after cooking himself a bunch of eggs, he was sitting at his dining table, having a sumptuous breakfast, when he heard, "You should really go out you know," Phineas said, "Go out and have some fun,"

He rolled his eyes at the old man's words and continued eating. "Dont ignore me!" Phineas yelled, "I am talking to you.. You, little squirt. This generation has no respect for their elders."

He didnt say a word and was about to cut another piece of omelet when he stopped midway. In order to not act strangely, he put his food down and gulped the whole glass of water. Then he got up to refill his glass, but his real purpose was to look at the path between Kreacher's old bedroom and the Portraits in his dining room's fire mantle. From what he could tell, Phineas was the only person who knew what happened to Kreacher before Dumbledore came here.

Now as he was thinking about it, Phineas's portraits were also present in Dumbledore's office. If he is right, Phineas was the one who told Dumbledore about what happened there.

The thing was, he had no proof of the matter. The good thing was, because of his obsession with reading in silence, he had thrown portraits of his ancestors out of his study room, which meant that Dumbledore couldnt find anything about what he was doing there. As far as Phineas was concerned, even if that Portrait was innocent, there was no way that he would allow such a thing to happen again. That portrait had to go.

And since that, he started the purge, all around the house. One by one, he started burning the portraits of his ancestors, making sure to burn them in silence by casting a silencing charm to suppress their yells and screams. And slowly and steadily, all the Portraits were burned in his study room. By the time the end of June rolled around, only his grandmother and Phineas's Portraits in the dining room were left. He couldnt do anything to his grandmother's one, as it was hung there with a very powerful sticking charm. While he left Phineas's portraits was alive, because he didnt want to alarm Dumbledore. Not before he gets rid of the trace

That particular morning, Ronan was having his breakfast as usual, and going through his letters. Most of them were from Zonko's workshop as they were instructed to send him detailed updates on the manufacturing of puppets. But it was then he heard a knock on his door.

Curious about his visitor, he peeked through the peephole to see one Harry Potter standing outside with all of his trunks and stuff. Seeing this he smiled and opened the door to let his friend in…

"It truly baffles me what kind of things one can do with Magic," Ronan said as he looked at the two sneakoscope before him and Harry. Ron and his family have won some sort of lottery which they were using to holiday in Egypt. The news was also published in a newspaper a few days ago. And today they both received Sneakoscopes from Ron.

"Me to," Harry said, "But why isn't it working?"

"It works around someone untrustworthy," Ronan said, "I am not untrustworthy now, am I.. Nor are you," But it was a little bit surprising that things didnt blow off when near him. After all, he was just using Harry's innocence to make a bond with the main protagonist of the story. So the question was, whether both of these were faulty. Or he truly was a trustworthy person?

It was then, they both heard a knock on the door. They looked at each other bewildered, who could be there? As a precaution, Ronan took his wand and went to the door. He peeped outside to see a black man, wearing blue robes standing outside. Readying his wand, he opened the little latch on the door.

"Yes, how can I help up mister?" he asked, with a hand pointing his wand at the man, through the door.

The man looked at him with an emotionless face, "My name is Kingsley Shacklebolt, Auror from the Ministry of Magic. Are you Ronan Johanson?"

"Yeah," he said with uncertainty, "What can I do for you?"

"I am afraid, I have bad news for you," Shacklebolt said.
