We waited quietly for the ladies to come down, while in my mind, I was thinking about all my preparations to explore the former Rhoynish lands and my inevitable meeting with the Shrouded Lord. I still question myself—is it okay to meet such a foe now, and what will happen if a fight begins? Wrong question. How will it change the story? If there is a fight, I'll make sure to kill whatever the Shrouded Lord is. But that's not the issue. It is the fact that while we are frozen in time, people will start living there, and I don't want that. As it's close to Valyria, I wanted it under our control along with Volantis, which I solved by sending a family of former Dragon Lords that lost everything.

They were trained as top assassins with shadow magic and face changer, making them part of my Shadow Legion. I bound their whole family in a blood rune ritual to serve mine forever and carry out duties appointed to their family. They will go on to be future rulers of Volantis but from the shadows till we return. They would be the city's dagger and deterrent. I don't want the Red God or whatever in that city. They will form something similar to a cult, so if you ever want to be anything important, you would have to be part of that cult and bound to the Asher family—that's the name I gave them before they started training. And I tell you this, the family took the decision by themselves; I didn't force them. They felt indebted to me, plus they saw the range of benefits.

So, I believe I'll do something similar or different for New Rhoyne. I'll design that place as a marine outpost and find as many Rhoynish to populate the area and teach them water element control. They will be the best seafarers and maritime war group with the skill, and the ruling family and all those connected to them will be bound as well. But one thing is certain: I'm not sending dragon riders to either, as I don't want to change the story too much.

You might ask, "How would a family carry all this out?" Then let me tell you, firstly, they are nobles; they have the education, and it's not just a family of father, mother, and children. I bound everything—uncles, aunts, distant cousins, everything—and shipped them off for training. By the end of the year, they shall head to Volantis.

So maybe I'll do the same and make New Rhoyne and start populating it a little, and set some vassals there to keep things along with the Rhoynish. I just pray Mother Rhoyne could be reasoned with, as there are only benefits and few setbacks. The Rhoynish might still serve and worship her, but if willing, her people will prosper. I will as well teach them water manipulation or as I will call it water bending, yes I know it's not really original but heh it works. Although she will be treated like a god under the Valyrian gods, like a vassal's god or something. Well, that's for the big guys to decide, but the Rhoynish are mine and shall be. Till we miraculously return, they were also tasked to spread word of our family's achievements and strength because I noticed that in the movie or book, they never really focus on one family. Mostly, everything is attributed to Valyria, so I want stories of our family's brutality and beauty out there. And by beauty, I mean the good things we've done and brought to the world.

By the time we are back in the picture my plans would have borne fruit and valyria secured from all angles, for now I have no plans for essos as a whole but at the minimum if I don't go for continental conquest I will still have the most powerful kingdom in all of essos and no one can compete. With my mighty army, dragon riders and water bending masters I will rule the land, sky and seas muhahaha——cough cough excuse me.

As the ladies of the Veldora family emerged from their chambers, they exuded an aura of elegance and grace that captivated all who beheld them. Each one meticulously adorned in intricate gowns of rich fabrics and ornate designs, they epitomized the epitome of Valyrian sophistication. Starting from my mother the matriarch of the family, commanded attention with her regal presence. Her gown, crafted from flowing silk of deepest crimson, accentuated her statuesque figure, while jewels of sapphire and emerald adorned her neck and wrists, catching the light with every movement. Beside her stood my aunt Lady Methis, the eldest and only daughter of my grand father daughter, radiating an ethereal beauty that seemed to transcend mortal realms. Her gown, a masterpiece of delicate lace and shimmering silver thread, hugged her slender form, while cascades of silver silk trailed behind her like a waterfall of moonlight. Lady Selia my only sister, the exuded a youthful charm and innocence that belied her noble lineage. Her gown, a vision of ethereal blue chiffon and delicate floral embroidery, swirled around her like a gentle breeze, accentuating her porcelain features and sparkling sapphire eyes.As the ladies prepared to depart for the Dragon Chambers banquet. Beside them stood his fiancée, Lady Eliana carax, her eyes alight with a beauty I can't describe and I just can't draw myself away from them. admiration and adoration filled my heart once I remember she is mine as i beheld the radiant beauty of my beloved.

"My dear ladies of the Veldora family, you look absolutely stunning tonight." I said with a small bow and a large smile in my face

My mom smiled enjoying the looks she was getting from my father his dumfounded expression like as tho asking if that's his wife "Thank you, my son. Your kind words warm my heart. We must represent our family with grace and dignity at the Dragon Chambers banquet."

"Indeed, Mother. It is an honor to be among such esteemed company, and we must present ourselves accordingly but I can hardly contain my excitement! This is my first Dragon Chambers banquet, and I am eager to make a good impression." Says my sister in a flurry of words clearly show her excitement and nervousness

I try patting her head which she expertly doges "You need not worry, Selia. Your beauty and charm will undoubtedly captivate all who behold you."

"Indeed, selia. You are radiant tonight, just like the rest of us. " Says Eliana

"Agreed, my dear. With you by my side, I feel invincible. Let us make our family proud tonight and show the Dragon Lords what the Veldora family is made of." I replied while stretching my arm for her to take, all the while watching my mom teases the shit out of my father. Hehe they look like teenagers .

Together, we the Veldora family and our guests set off for the Dragon Chambers banquet, our hearts filled with anticipation and excitement for the night ahead.

We are currently on our way to the central city of valyria, arqume. My dad, mom, I and my siblings along my fiancee are sitted within a carriage drawn by twelve horses we are moving fast with a force of fifty of our house men

As our horse drawn carriage passed through the bustling central city of valyria, arqume. We are greeted with the sight of many colors, dancing, singing and laughter. Men women and children of various ages display so much positive emotions with bright smiles and laughter.

Seeing this puts a smile on my face but thinking of the destruction that comes I felt the happy atmosphere to be quiet choking, I know that all these people would be dead in the next coming years and I can do nothing about it. All I can do is protect those close to me and secure their future, I never had a family in my past life and I will not lose them to this one, never.

I am brought out of my thoughts as we stop before the imposing castle at the center of the city, it's name mephnous. It is what you could call the seat of power of valyria where every decision for and of valyria is made. The doors of the large castle are large and black with runes running all over it and depicting dragons some roaring some looking at you with such intensity that it could seem as though they look right at you. Standing in front of the door are twenty armed guards with full valyrian steel armor and large shields with long spears which are also valyrian steel, hearing a roar Iook up to see dragons and their rider perched and some edges of the castle to and few ledges a total of ten, I've heard of them they are the unit from the temple, sworn to no family picked to serve as watcher and protectors of the temples and the faith they bring balance to the scale in valyria, they do not go for war but are the most deadly force in valyria. And... I have had an encounter with them...
