My neck was feeling sore as I had been gazing outside the window for so long. With no guts of turning my head and speaking out the silence between us kept on drifting around making it awkward.
“I am sorry for yelling at you and hurting you with my words. But I really cannot show the thing inside that box,” he said, finally breaking the silence.
Hastily glancing at him, I questioned, “Why not?”
“See, this… this is the reason,” he said, glancing at me shortly.
“What?” I was astounded.
“The curiosity that you have inside keeps on asking me so many questions. So, once you see the thing inside it I know you will keep on asking the question and pestering me.”
“Then you are ready to keep the thing from me?” I glowered at him.
He inhaled deeply before saying, “fine just let me tell you this, that box has something related to my ex.”
“You mean Levi?” I raised my brows.
“Yes, Levi,” all of a sudden he yelled.
Flinching, I glanced at him with my wide eyes.
