Chapter 16 cheating on me
Lost in deep thought, I suddenly came back to sense when suddenly the car came to a halt. Looking around I questioned, “Where are we?”
Without replying, Noah got down from the car and marched towards my side. Then opening the door, he instructed, “come out.”
Narrowing my eyes in confusion, I got down from the car and looked around. “Um! Why did we stop here, Noah?” I questioned.
Wrapping his hand around my shoulder, he pulled me towards the clinic saying, “to cure your wound, fool. Have you seen how dreadful they are?”
“Oh! Was there no first aid in your car? Just normal medicine and bandages would have worked,” I said.
“Don’t act foolishly. You need a medical check-up along with advice,” he said and then glanced at the counter and called out to the doctor who was reading the book, “Excuse me, she needs treatment.”
