Kuro: Into the Naruto Bridge

"Shion!" Kuro shouted as he fired the bullet in Shion's side as he disappeared from the spot, reappearing in Shion's side.

Without waiting the instances—because the soil started to began it's condensation while keeping it's rough body—Kuro while hugging Shion tightly, turned his body toward ground while firing another bullet toward the sky.

Kuro and Shion, once again disappeared as they reappeared in sky.

Reacting instantly, Shion formed an magic circle, which bounced off the two to move out from the spot—they successfully dodged the sudden attacks.

[Kuro, are you okay?]

[I am fine.]

Arriving to the group which reacted the sudden attack and had the enough physical forces to dodge it, Kuro and Ayame talked through their eyes.

"Thank you." Laying Shion down, she thanked Kuro.

"Kid, do you know what is happening right now?" Oujian asked Kuro the situation like how he used to ask his comrade…

Kuro… Kur…. Kuru! How coincidence!

"It seems like we teleported exactly in somewhere inside Reign Empire called: Despair Swamp. The backstory of this place was occurred during Outer-World All Out War."

"By what the history books says, 1,504 years ago, there existed 2 ordinary person, looking for a safe places to shelter from the war."

"However, because one of the two ordinary person was a dog, no one was willing to take her in—only agreeing to take the man in." Kuro started his story-telling as the soils around began to change in shape.

"Why were the dog aren't allowed in?" Okayu asked in curiously and slightly frustrated.

"Because of the Curse of Loyalty. The fools (human) must have been terrified that she may have cursed with loyalty against the Neutral Monsters and the dog may kill them upon unknown methods of communication."

"E-even so… it is not a confirmed fact." Okayu said, unusually showing more of her emotions.

"During the war, people won't believe in karma and will do their best to suspect anyone as long as it has the 'potential' to endanger their life."

"Anyway, the dog decided to leave her lover. Of course, the other person tried to go with her but the dog kicked him, launching him inside the house and covered the entire wall with unbreakable earth."

"After a day, the wall which was covering the house disappeared and when the person discovered it, the dog was lying in the midst of the road, the crows were eating her corpse."

"Thus the name of 'Despair' comes. The despair energy, brought from the deep human's soul caused the fusion between Earth Esper (dog's) and Water Esper (human's)."

"That embodiment of despair became quite an formidable warriors, capable of causing mass annihilation. There really was no way to resist against his attack as he can literally manipulate anything in the Virturan."

"Quicksand that engulfed and trapped, slowly killing all enemies in ten-thousand kilometers, the combination of soft and hard defense that made him impenetrable."

"This Despair Swamp in front of us is just his everlasting despair during his death while fighting against the Neutral Monsters. Even though he died, this area continued to kill creatures."

"And it is also one of the reason why despite this being inside Reign Empire, it is completely unmanaged." Kuro finished his long sentences.

"Hmm. That is an tragedy. Any way for us to fix this everlasting despair?" Oujian said while looking at the ever-changing landscape of Despair Swamp.

[Are you ready?] Kuro asked Ayame through his eyes after exiting the portal.

[I am ready!] Ayame's mouth grinned from ear to ear as the two took a deep breath.

In front of the colossal bridges surrounded by the ocean and the invisible arrays, the two shouted.

""The Great Naruto Bridge, We Have Arrived!!!""

"Ah, no fair~, I wanted to do that." Okayu said jealously.

"Shion, too!" Shion joined.

"Woah, why are you guys suddenly shouting." Meanwhile, Oujian was still surprised from the two's sudden shout.

"Were arriving in The Great Naruto Bridge really that exciting?" Oujian asked them curiously.

"Of course! Look at that ocean around us! Look at that house constructed differently from either Agrenoria and Reign Empire!"

"Look at that disgusting sea creatures opening their mouth as they hopelessly attack the array! Look at that sea gulls which sounds like One Piece!"

"Look at that persons flamboyantly and passionately kissing each others! You won't see that normally in Reign Empire and this indicate the differences in cultures!" Kuro said excitedly.

The persons which Kuro pointed were still passionately kissing as if the rest of the world were an air to them.

"Kuro~ I want to kiss with you~" The first person to launch attack was Okayu.

She used her young age to innocently say so, but she didn't fail to capture the serious-look and attention of the other two girls.

"That's a good suggestion Okayu-chan." Kuro's word tone turned into playful…

"What?"

"What?" Shion and Ayame unconsciously blurted out while Kuro's face suddenly turned serious.

"But I refuse! Okayu-chan, you are just a children so you may not know it but, 'kiss' are something you only do with someone you love!" Kuro's face turned into Jojo's drawing style.

"But, I love you, Kuro~"

"Wrong! That love and this 'love' I am mentioning is something different and profound!" Kuro's face remained Jojo style.

"Then what is this 'love'?" Okayu tilted her head innocently.

"That is… I don't know…" Kuro's words lost it's momentum as he returned to the normal drawing style—pityingly cute.

"Hohoho! It's good to be young." An old man who was near the entrance, came in while playing with his moustache.

"Old geezer, why are you so bald?" Kuro tried closing Shion's mouth with his hand but she completed the sentences.

"When you get older, you will experiences many things. By the way, you kids must be a traveler, right? Want to stray in Naruto Bridge? I can guide you all." The old man didn't seem pissed.

Instead, he took a glance toward Oujian while maintaining his gentle smile.

[Kuro…]

[Yeah, I know.]

[[This person is suspicious.]] The two's thoughts overlayed.

"Why not. We wanted to enjoy our trips in The Great Naruto Bridges our fullest." Kuro had an traits inside him.

Which was both a merit and a demerit to his personality: He treated anyone he met first equally.

He never judged anyone by their appearances nor their status, nor their strength. That was why he could be friend with Maou.

But at the same time, it may work badly if he met with some arrogant emperor, who wanted to kill anyone if they treated him normally.

So, he decided to accept the old man's request despite the suspicion on him.

"Hohoho, this old man here is called Uzumaki." The old man introduced himself.
