Loren returns

Nate pleaded to the king that he wants consort whitelotus, prince jers and his wife, kalista, loren's sister to leave the palace and come back months after his death.

He felt his death drawing soon and didn't want consort whitelotus to stay with him till that time. He was scared that she might actually become mad, while watching him spew blood everyday.

Prince nate received a letter from one of the night warriors at night. Only a few remained as the rest joined the war with general loren.

The letter was about the rebellion that the former right chancellor was planning, together with his daughter, consort whitelotus and his grandson, prince aris.

He burnt the letter in anger. He was already removed from the court and he still dared to plan treason.

He burnt the letter.

He wasn't able to go to the palace court because of his weak state but he went that morning, so he can report to the king.

Ministers were already in the court with the king having discussions, when suddenly a warrior rode with a horse towards the palace court.

He came down and entered the palace courtroom. Prince nate entered after he entered and they both greeted the king.

He let the warrior give his own report first.

"Greetings, your majesty, I have a report from the commander.

Something happened when we were in azealea, it was unexpected because azealea was a kingdom that didn't have any allies.

But suddenly a kingdom allied with azealea, we retreated, many warriors were lost and some were saved".

" What about the commander and the generals? ",The king asked.

" Your majesty, the commander is safe but as for the generals",the warrior exhaled.

" We lost two generals and some lieutenants, may their souls rest in peace".

The ministers murmured among themselves.

Prince nate prayed to the heavens in his heart that loren's name will not be mentioned.His heart thumped in fear.

"Who are the generals?",the king asked.

"Your majesty,one of the generals of the south province,lord gat and one of the general of the north province",the warrior hesitated.

Prince nate felt suffocated as he waited for the name to be mentioned.

" General loren sorock",the warrior completed.

Prince nate spewed blood and the ministers turned to his direction.

He fainted but was caught by ivan,as he collapsed.

Prince nate was rushed to his residence and the royal physician came.

He was unconscious for eleven days and when he woke up,ivan wanted to summoned the royal physician but prince nate stopped him.

He was heartbroken,he was in pieces,he couldn't accept lorens death.He was freezing,even though he was covered with many layers of clothing.He thought about taking the pill but after loren's burial.

The warriors couldn't go back to find his body.

The death of loren spread throughout the whole kingdom.

His parents cried.They buried his clothes since there was no body to bury.

Prince nate came to the burial.Even though he was almost freezing to death,he still came out from his carriage to watch his coffin being lowered down.

His lips were already blue and he went back to his residence after loren's burial.He walked hopelessly.

He laid on his bed,only crying.Princess kresna came,but she didn't know how to comfort him so she just sat on the edge of the bed.

But after some silence,she spoke,"You said my father was great even though he died early.you told me that he is watching us from up with other great men who has left this world".

Princess kresna looked up,"Uncle loren is also watching us from up there and am sure he doesn't want us to be sad".

After days,he took the pill and forgot to tell the king about the rebellion.

In less than a week,nate's body already looked like a corpse.

The rebellion started.The north gate in the central province was locked.

Prince timus and prince tasus joined prince aris in the rebellion.

The sound of swords and people screaming could be heard in the palace.attendants in the palace ran away for their dear lives,but some were still killed in the palace.

Prince keystone residence was invaded by the rebels.prince keystone was drinking tea in his bed chamber with his eyes closed when they came.

He was extremely calm .

"Hmm,the tea taste different today,it....., taste like blood",he opened his eyes,it shone white.And the rebels in his room were hit with his power and they fell back.

Many things flashed their eyes at once and they became blinded.They screamed in pain while on the ground as blood came out from their eyes.

Prince keystone eyes returned to normal and he adjusted his clothes as he stood up,"I know I will die,all mortal bodies will surely die,but you're not the one to kill me"."I'll die so I can return back to my form and try to get my primordial spirit back".

" It's going to become a problem if I can't get it back, especially when he has become a mortal with a heart" ,he said as he walked out o his residence.

As soon as he came back from his residence,prince aris sword passed through his body.

Prince aris chuckled stupidly," regent king?,these three years must have been great for you",prince aris spat as he removed his sword.

Prince keystone fell to the ground and died.

The fight was still on in the palace.

Princess kresna ran as she was being pursued by her uncle's,prince aris,prince timus and prince tasus with some of their warriors who were on horses.

"Kill her!, she's the daughter of the late crown prince,she will be a problem to me if she lives!",prince aris yelled.

She cried as she ran and the only place she felt she could be safe was prince nate residence.

She fell to the ground,but stood up again as she continue to run,going through the short cuts to prince nate residence in the palace.

She entered the residence and went to  prince nate chamber.

Prince aris ordered them to stop pursuing them and spat on the ground.

"Burn the house,let them die together'',prince aris commanded and they threw fire torches at the place.

Prince aris raised his hand up and his warriors killed prince tasus and prince timus.

"Oh, already dead, I see",prince aris yawned and looked at their dead bodies on the ground, "I don't need any prince alive, I forgot to tell you".

Prince aris smirked, "let's go to prince karl".

The battle was still going on in the palace when looked at someone horseback riding with arrows pierced on his back.

"Is ... that.. general loren?",the guard stuttered.
