let your lover bath you

LOREN POV

I rode to his residence and helped him down from the horse. I took him to his bed chamber and ivan ordered the attendants to prepare his bath water.

During that time, nate was quiet, he didn't say a single word as he sat on his bed.

"Your highness",ivan called from outside the bedchamber.

"Come in",nate said.

Ivan entered,dropped a bowl on his table,bowed to him and left.

Nate got up and sat across the table and began to drink what was in the bowl,with a spoon.

"What's that",I asked while sat on the bed.

"Something for the body",he said while he drank.

I stood up and walked towards him,"let me have a little".

"No!",nate said abruptly,like he was scared.

I raised my hands to surrender and sat back on the bed and watched as he finished what was in the bowl. He looked uneasy after drinking so I went to him.

"Are you okay",I asked worriedly and he nodded.

"Your highness,your bath is ready",ivan said from outside.

"Am going to have my bath",nate stood up and he picked his night garments from his wardrobe.

I collected the folded garments from his hand and I held his hand as I took him to his bathhouse chamber.

I closed the door as we entered and dropped the night garments on a table.

I walked to him and removed the first thing on his body,which was his cloak,"I'll bath you".

His eyes widened,"huh?".

"Remove every naughty thoughts from your mind,see it like I am an attendant"."I heard you've been doing it by yourself since you were little".

I removed his outer clothes,"But your lover is here,I'll do it for you".

I removed his breech as I held his hand and walked to the wooden bath tub that was very wide enough for two people.

I dip my hand in the water and removed it immediately,"it's really hot,why did they leave it so hot".

"I always take my bath with hot water",nate said and I looked at him,he covered his body shyly and he didn't look at me.

"Fine,step in",I said and he stepped and sat in the wooden tub.

I used the body washing fabric as I cleaned him.

I felt his eyes on me and when I looked at him,he looked away.He did the same thing more than once and I smiled and looked at him,"what is it?".

Nate pressed his lips in a thin line and  shook his head.

I continue to clean his body,"I can feel your eyes on me,I have eyes everywhere".

He laughed a little.

"Someone finally laughed",I looked at him,and he kept a straight face.

I was done,so he stepped out and I cleaned his body.

I helped him with his clothes and took him back to his bed chamber.I laid him on his bed and covered him with a blanket.

I sat on the edge of the bed,leaned in and placed a kiss on his forehead,"goodnight,my love",i stood up to leave,when suddenly nate held my shirt and I turned to him.

"Please don't go...,stay with me for the night",nate pleaded.

I removed my outer wears as he stared at me," dont think about anything filthy,am only removing my clothes because your room is hot".

I was only in my breech as I laid beside him on his bed and cuddled him,"goodnight my love".

"Goodnight,my lover",he said with his eyes closed and I smiled.

As it was dawn,loren went back home. He entered his room and saw dibengi,sitting on a chair,while he drank liquor.

He was drunk but he kept drinking.

Loren walked to him to stop him from drinking but dibengi shoved him away.

Loren sighed as he put his arm around dibengi shoulder who was sitting on the chair,"what is it brother?".

Dibengi glanced at loren's arm and then at loren,then he removed his arm and stood up.

He glared at loren and walked out of the room .

Loren followed dibengi outside the residence,"where are you going,so early this morning,you are very drunk,why did you drink so much, brother?".

Dibengi clenched his fist as he turned to loren and punched him.

Loren chuckled," alright I was too slow to act,try again and I'll dodge it".

Dibengi was furious," do you think,its funny?huh!?".

" You're serious... what's wrong",loren reached out to him after noticing he was serious but dibengi smacked his hand.

" You told me,it was friendship!is this friendship loren!?", dibengi yelled.

Loren was confused," what are you talking about?".

Dibengi turned and walked forward.

Loren followed him behind and held his hand," dibengi at least,tell me what's___".

Dibengi removed his hand from loren's grip,"Don't  follow me!,don't ever follow me",he kept on walking.

Loren stopped following him and watched him until he couldn't see him.

He went back to his residence to sleep a little.

When he woke up, he asked vitskit and non,if anything happened to dibengi.

But they didn't know anything,so non reassured that dibengi will come back.

It was Saturday so they didn't have to go for court meeting.

Days passed and dibengi never returned home and the time for them to leave to the white tiger warriors camp in the north was drawing near.

They looked for him but it was to no avail.

Nate visited lorens family residence in his carriage.

"Your highness",loren bowed.

"General loren",prince nate called."join me".

Loren grinned,"your highness,not anyone can enter a prince carriage".

Nate scoffed,"Then,goodbye".

"Wait! wait!wait!,I'll join you",loren laughed as he entered the carriage.

Loren sat beside prince nate and prince nate intertwined his hand with loren's.

"Let's go there",nate said, shyly.

"There?" ,loren asked ,bewildered.

Nate nodded,"you have two horses,don't you".

"I do,but where is there?".

Nate frowned and looked away.

Loren chuckled as he looked at nate  and pinched nate cheek,"do you mean,where we confessed our love,years ago?".

Prince nate face reddened and he pulled lorens hand away from his cheek.
