Watching his gaze, Chloe pinched her left finger with her right hand.

As she saw his lips about to move and say something, she subconsciously stretched her finger and pressed it against his lips.

In an instant, the soft and cool touch of his lips seeped into her fingertips, causing a tingling heat within her body.

Alexander Foster remained motionless, his eyes gradually changing in color.

Chloe moved her finger slightly before pulling it back slowly, and with some stiffness in her gaze, she said, "Go take a bath, there's hot water inside."

Alex: "Mm."

That sounded odd.

Chloe looked at him curiously, only to see his flushed ears and neck.

She blinked and then pursed her lips, looking down and unable to hold back a laugh.

Unable to hold it in, she grabbed the blanket to cover her face while laughing softly.

From the bathroom came a male voice: "There are candies in my coat pocket, the ones you like."

She reached in and sure enough, grabbed a handful of candy.
