Individuals Involved in the Investigation:

- Ayanokoji Kyotaka: Student of class 1-D (victim).

- Mme Sae Chabashira: Professor of Japanese history at ANHS, also the class 1-D homeroom teacher (witness).

- Horikita Manabu: Former President of the Student Council (BDE), currently a student in class 3-A (witness).

- Kei Karuizawa: Student of class 1-D, recently seen in the company of the victim (witness and potential suspect).

- Ryuen Kakeru: Student of class 1-C, identified as the presumed leader of this class (suspect).

- Ibuki Mio: Student of class 1-C, considered as part of Ryuen's group (suspect).

- Albert Yamada: Student of class 1-C, also identified as part of Ryuen's group (suspect).

- Daichi Ishizaki: Student of class 1-C, associated with Ryuen's group (suspect).

Additional Context:

- A recent conflict between Ryuen and his group with the victim, Ayanokoji Kyotaka, could be a potential cause. Kyotaka seemed to want to assist the student Kei Karuizawa, which might have led to tensions with Ryuen and his group. A planned revenge after what appeared to be a defeat could be a motivation behind the disappearance. Another plausible hypothesis could involve Kei Karuizawa, potentially driven by obscure reasons, possibly linked to an obsessive love for the victim.

- The victim's interpersonal relationships within the school reveal that Ayanokoji Kyotaka is frequently associated with Horikita Suzune, as well as the group composed of Haruka Hasebe, Airi Sakura, Akito Miyake, and Teruhiko Yukimura, known as the "Ayanokoji Group." More recently, observations suggest that he also interacts with Kei Karuizawa. Although his relationships within his class are generally considered harmonious, he appears to maintain connections with students from other classes, notably with Honamie Ichinose from class 1-B.

- Regarding the victim's emotional or behavioral state before the disappearance, Ayanokoji Kyotaka is described as extremely discreet, rarely seen with a smile. His personality is often characterized as dark and cold, occasionally punctuated with sarcasm. While his psychological state remains uncertain, signs indicate potential emotional instability.

Information:

On Friday, December 29, at an undetermined hour, approximately a week ago, an incident of disappearance was reported concerning Ayanokoji Kyotaka, a student from class 1-D at ANHS. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain shrouded in mystery, raising deep concerns within the educational community.

Last Observations:

Based on the gathered testimonies, the last sighting of Ayanokoji Kyotaka was as he headed towards the rooftop of the building, sowing the seeds of mystery surrounding his disappearance. The witnesses include Mrs. Sae Chabashira, a Japanese history professor at ANHS and the homeroom teacher of class 1-D, as well as Horikita Manabu, the former president of the Student Council (BDE) at the same school and a student in class 3-A. They claimed to have seen Ayanokoji heading to the rooftop around 8:30 PM, apparently to intervene in a student conflict on campus, an act that raises questions about his motivation.

Further investigations reveal that this conflict involved not only Ayanokoji Kyotaka but also the student Kei Karuizawa from class 1-D and the group led by Ryuen Kakeru from class 1-C. Ryuen is recognized as the tyrannical leader of his class, involved in several incidents at the school, and instills fear among his peers. The three consistently associated members with him, Ibuki Mio, Daichi Ishizaki, and Albert Yamada, are also considered suspects in this case.

According to the findings of the investigation, it appears unlikely that Ayanokoji Kyotaka's skills could rival those of this group of three students. Nevertheless, the facts remain undisputed, supported by testimonies from all involved parties.

The emerging scenario suggests that Ryuen's group was violently harassing Kei Karuizawa, and Ayanokoji Kyotaka intervened to come to her aid. It was observed that Kei Karuizawa left the scene, leaving Ayanokoji alone after some time. The final visual sighting of Kyotaka was in the company of Kei Karuizawa, apparently engaged in an exchange of gifts. The last appearance of Kyotaka on surveillance cameras dates back to 11:30 PM when he entered his dorm room.

As for the exact time of his disappearance, it remains undetermined but is estimated to be between 11:30 PM and 6 AM the next morning. The precision of the hour remains challenging to establish, as even after a week, the room shows signs of occupation despite the apparent absence of any person. Since then, no reliable information has been obtained regarding his presence or whereabouts, further plunging this case into darkness.

Investigation:

The investigation into Ayanokoji Kyotaka's disappearance is ongoing, and every lead is being meticulously explored. Unfortunately, no surveillance cameras captured images of him leaving his room or being present on campus after that date, deepening the mystery surrounding his disappearance. Furthermore, a thorough inspection of his dorm room revealed no traces of a third person hiding inside, and the window was closed with no signs of forced entry, thus excluding the possibility of him leaving his room through that route.

What makes this case even more enigmatic is that certain elements suggest that someone may have used Ayanokoji Kyotaka's room the night before the investigation. The shower had been used, the stove as well, and the bed bore signs of use, implying that someone had spent the night there. This observation contradicts the notion that Ayanokoji Kyotaka has been missing for a week, raising crucial questions about the timeline of events and the possibility that relevant details may have been concealed.

The investigation continues actively, and all pertinent information will be shared with ANHS students in an effort to solicit their assistance in the ongoing search. The educational community remains vigilant and hopes that this mystery will be solved to unveil the fate of Ayanokoji Kyotaka.
