"It's gonna be fun," Akeno added, smirking with a mischievous look.

Earlier, Riser's bullshit had seriously pissed her off, bringing out her hidden sadistic streak.

"Riser's expression is going to be priceless," Rias said, a look of expectation on her face.

"This time, there's no question about it," Yuuto added with a smile.

Not only had Mahiro already shown enough strength to go toe-to-toe with Riser, but now, with the Boosted Gear, it wasn't even a contest.

"Mahiro-kun, you've gotta teach that roasted chicken a lesson. He's so damn annoying," Koneko said, looking at Mahiro with encouragement.

Mahiro smiled and added, "Let's keep this on the down-low for now. We've still got more than ten hours left. If the Phenex Clan gets wind of this, it might cause some complications."

"Yeah, good point," Rias nodded.

She'd already dealt with Riser's bullshit and wasn't going to give him another shot.

Riser thought Mahiro was just a regular human and assumed his strength wouldn't amount to much. Tough luck for him--Mahiro was the scariest person in ORC.

Rias chuckled.

Like Akeno, she couldn't help but feel more relaxed now.

"By the way, Mahiro-kun, what's the plan? We've got a long wait until eight o'clock," Rias asked.

"What else? I'll just go to class like normal and wait for the Rating Game," Mahiro shrugged.

"No," Rias thought for a second and then shook her head. "Mahiro-kun, you're strong, but you can't be careless."

"Since when did you get so cautious, Rias?" Mahiro teased.

"I'm gonna ask Sona for some info about Riser's past Rating Games. You can use that time to figure out his strengths," Rias decided.

Although she hadn't yet met the requirements to officially join the Rating Games, Sona had already started studying the rules and participants.

Compared to Rias, Sona had a deeper grasp of Rating Games and had gathered a lot of info on the active players.

"Mahiro-kun, stay here and get ready for the match. I'll head to school and help you request a leave of absence," Rias said.

"Alright," Mahiro wanted to refuse at first--he already knew about Riser from the anime.

But seeing the worry in Rias's eyes, Mahiro agreed.

He knew she was just concerned for his safety and didn't want him making any dumb mistakes during the Rating Game.

"It was Riser and his peerage," Rias replied.

"Riser?" Sona frowned. As a Sitri heir, she obviously knew who they were.

"Is your fiancé getting desperate and starting to push harder about the engagement?" Sona asked, already putting two and two together.

"My engagement with Riser is over. I'm not tied to him anymore," Rias said firmly.

"Over?" Sona blinked in surprise.

Family-arranged marriage contracts weren't rare, and Rias wasn't the only one bound by such agreements.

It was a sticky situation.

But hearing the word over from Rias was unexpected.

"I came to ask if I could borrow some recordings of Riser's past Rating Games. You've probably got them," Rias asked.

"I do, but what do you need them for?" Sona asked, puzzled.
