Chapter 24: Delicate and stunning

Looking at the scene in front of his eyes Lucas couldn't help but gulp down the lump formed in his throat. He was slightly shivering afraid of the outcome. He believed Manves won't show his true emotions in front many people. But sometimes emotions take away ones thinking ability and what if Manves too was in that situation?

Both of them silently walked to Lucas seat. As they came near the spot, Manves pressed his right hand on the Lucas shoulder.An enormous force caused him to immediately sit back down in his seat.

" Behave well my dear student and don't run your mouth wildly", telling that he immediately turned around to leave and left the cafeteria hastily.

Lucas heaved a sigh of relief. Thankfully he only warned him instead of beating. This could be the best thing atleast.

To others it might be a scene which was displayed like a mere pleasent conversation between principle and his student. However, only Lucas know how he managed to escape his death at the last minute. Every step before felt like he was walking near his death.

"What? Had fun time with Manves, " Ethan chuckled appearing to know what happened the whole way.

Manves shot his anger filled eyes to Lucas sending chills down Lucas spine. Seeing it Lucas began to tremble lightly.

Manves: This is my personal interview. Who are you to come here out of nowhere.

Finishing that his fist Instantly crashed onto Lucas chest, sending him flying in the sky and he landed on ground half dead, blood coming out of his mouth. The severity is high, but not too high enough to kill Lucas.

" Finally I got my revenge on this punk. Earlier, author held my hands tight and didn't allow me to act rashly, now you came into the tigers den yourself lad", Manves smirked as he thought in his heart.

Looking at this, the interviewer laid in shock. After gaining their wits, the interviewer took half day to compose themself.

Trembling light from the terror, Interviewer: Can you please explain in detail what does Lucas mean?

After all, it was the interviewer's job and they can't back down in middle in terms of work ethics.

Manves chuckled lightly, his chuckle came as the siren of the hospital van.

Manves: My actual age is 486.

Manves scratched his head while answering the question.

The interviewer stood in shock like he would struck my lightening just now listening to Manves.
