The most favored son

Qin Mei's eyelashes fluttered for a while before she lazily opened her eyes. She realized she was sleeping on a very soft and huge bed.

She immediately sat up and looked down at her clothes, seeing that they were intact she finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Glancing around the room she was in, Qin Mei was completely stunned.

She had never seen such a spacious room before in her entire life of twenty years!

The whole room was like six or seven rooms in the Qin mansion combined together! She was certain she could even hold an occasion for hundred people here!

Looking at the black and grey decorated room, she wondered if this room belonged to Huo Xinhan.

Qin Mei was about to get off the bed when she noticed two pink fluffy room slippers with cute bunny ears on the floor by the bed.

Her husband was really thoughtful, Qin Mei put on the slippers and smiled.

The slippers were extremely comfortable to wear, she had never worn anything so comfortable in so long.

She cast her eyes around and properly surveyed the room.

There were two huge and long sofa's, a pink and cute huge dressing table which was obviously hers, a huge television, two huge wardrobes, a dazzling small chandelier above her, an air conditioner and three other doors.

Curiosity got the best of her and she approached a door and pushed it open.

"Ahhh...", Qin Mei screamed out loud, immediately covered her eyes and run back to the bed. Her entire face had turned red.

Just now, when she had pushed the door open she saw the naked upper back of a man through the glass like bathroom.

She had not even had the chance to notice how spacious the bathroom was and immediately run out screaming.

Huo Xinhan heard the noise and could not help but chuckle, he had not seen her but he had a vague idea of her reaction. Seems like his little wife was really pure and innocent.

Qin Mei fanned her face which felt so hot, she looked at her red face in the mirror and her face turned redder.

This was not the first time she was seeing the upper body of a man but she was still shy. It was so embarrassing, what if her husband thought she was intentionally peeking on him?

The first time she had seen the upper body of a male was about four years ago and that person was not Huo Zilan. He...

Qin Mei shook her head, she was not going to think about that person.

Qin Mei was still fanning her face when she heard the faint sound of footsteps behind her.

She immediately turned around wanting to explain but her face turned much more redder when she noticed the faint smile at the corner of the man's lips.

The man standing before her leaned against the wall in a white and long bathrope with a small towel around his neck.

His black hair which was usually neatly combed back was now wet, disheveled and scattered over his head. He looked extremely hot and sexy that Qin Mei could not help but swallow her saliva.

As a woman in the entertainment circle, she had never seen anyone as handsome, hot or sexy as the man before.

If yesterday, someone had told her that she would experience something like this, she would have rolled her eyes and called that person crazy.

As if guessing her impure thoughts, Huo Xinhan let out a soft chuckle and his eyes filled with mischievousness.

Qin Mei had never felt so embarrassed in her entire life!

"I...I...I didn't know... you were bathing. I didn't know that was the... the... bathroom", Qin Mei hurriedly tried to explain herself despite stuttering.

Seeing her extremely cute appearance, Huo Xinhan could not help but want to kiss his dear little wife however he restrained himself so as to not scare her.

"I know. The door is soundproof", Huo Xinhan explained.

Hearing his words, Qin Mei immediately breathed a huge sigh of relief and managed to calm down.

"Go wash up too, I've already made the water warm for you, there are brand new toiletries too. We're going out soon", Huo Xinhan announced, his face returned to being expressionless but not as cold as before.

Watching the figure of little wife escaping to the bathroom, Huo Xinhan shook his head helplessly.

Ten years ago, when he was at his worst and his life was filled with complete darkness, this little girl became the only light in his life.

From that moment, he had already made her his in the deepest part of his heart.

Later on, they had met at a banquet and she seemed to have forgotten him. He had wanted to approach her but Huo Zilan appeared by her side.

Even then, he had never thought of letting her go.

Huo Xinhan dressed up and stepped outside for a moment to receive a phone call.

"Mom...", Huo Xinhan's eyes turned gentle when he saw the caller and his cold voice softened.

"Little Nine, are you never going to call your old lady and ask about her health. Forget it, there's going to be a family dinner tomorrow, I want you to come. It's been so many years since I last saw you and I miss you so much!", The old lady complained like a little girl.

"Hmm...", Huo Xinhan responded briefly.

"What? You're coming? You can't take back your word! If you don't come I'll jump off a building!", The old lady complained and hurriedly hung up without waiting for him to respond.

In the huge Huo mansion, Huo madam happily informed the old man that their youngest son agreed to come to the family dinner.

"Are you sure? Was he not playing around? It's been so long since I saw that ungrateful and unfilial son of mine", The old man complained but his eyes were filled with rare excitement and expectations.

Huo Xinhan was their youngest son whom they had given birth to at a young age. Back then, the pregnancy had been unexpected since the Huo madam was already old back then.

Later on, after many problems they finally managed to give birth to him at a premature age. The baby had been so tiny and weak that they almost thought he was not going to survive. He however survived but was still weak as a child.

Huo Xinhan was the most loved and favored son since he was the youngest and also because of the difficulties he had gone through as a child.

Huo Xinhan returned to the room and was surprised to see Qin Mei in a bathrobe.

"I...I didn't know what to wear", Qin Mei scratched her head and explained awkwardly.

"The wardrobe is only filled with house wear clothes. There's a walk in closet here, you can choose anything you want to wear", Huo Xinhan pushed open a door and signalled Qin Mei to come over.

Qin Mei followed him and was stunned by what she saw.

The walk in closet was so huge that it was almost similar to the size of the bedroom and it was only filled with female clothes. This meant that it only belonged to her.

"I'll be outside waiting for you", Huo Xinhan pointed at the door and walked out making sure to close.

Qin Mei was amazed and astonished by what she saw.

Since she was from the entertainment circle, she knew most of the brands here and she realized that most of the clothes were limited editions from brands that even the Qin family could not afford!

If she wore this then would people not think that she was having a sugar daddy?

Qin Mei paced around for almost an hour before finally choosing some clothes which seemed a bit simple. The dress fitted her perfectly well.

When she came across the huge shoe rack, she did not know what to choose because they were all so nice and beauy!

Finally, she chose a pair of low key yet expensive white sneakers and a black handbag.

She was certain that this walk in closet was more than enough to open a shopping mall.

Huo Xinhan leisurely waited for his wife and was not angry or annoyed when she came out after more than an hour.

"You look more beautiful", Huo Xinhan praised her honestly.

The black Chanel dress she wore wrapped around her curvy body and accentuated her sexy body.

Her skin was as white as snow so black fitted her perfectly!

Qin Mei was slim but she had a hot body in some areas.

Her long black hair which was usually left loose was now tied into a ponytail.

"Thanks", Qin Mei's face turned red and a rare smile appeared at the corner of her lips.

She had to admit that being with Huo Xinhan had helped her forget about the pain she had experienced not too long ago.

Being with him helped her forget all her sorrows which surprised her a bit.

They had been together for less than a day but had progressed so fast. Was she starting to like him?
