"Don’t do it love! Please. Am sorry I hurt you. How can I live without you? Forgive me. " The girl stood at the cross road. Tears streamed down her pale cheek as she debated between listening to his pleas or to her heart. She was tired and could no longer take any of it. He took everything from her yet she stayed until she felt that her soul was no longer alive. Each pain he caused chipped a little at her soul until there was nothing left to give. She was now an empty soul that was hanging on a thin thread. She was only breathing, but being alive never counted as living. It was time to let go. The Training

Edgar looked at the monitor. His gaze held a depth that no one could reach. This has been going on for some time now. Jasmine sat in an enclosed white-walled room.

The sound system was at its highest volume. Fixed on the wall was a TV set that displayed something that could be considered a nightmare for any victim of abuse. Jasmine was no different.

The blaring music stimulated her Senses making her feel the pain a thousand times more. This was her training. It wasnt physical rather one that was meant to build her mental resistance to pain.

She has been confined in that room for over 48 hours already. Her hands and feet were chained to the wall but there was enough space for her to move freely. Even so, her position hardly changed for the past two days.

On the first day, her screams had resonated and echoed in the room. If one heard it, they would know that it came from her soul. Unfortunately, it was swallowed by the loud music.
