Her fated human mate

When Millicent Woods, the Alpha of the Crescent moon pack needs the Corona Fletcher to prove her worth to the rest of the pack, it goes missing. As a proud, ruthless pack leader she will not stop until she finds it. Then she does, it's in the hands of a petty thief that is human, even more importantly, her mate. A clash of fate, a thief and an Alpha, who would give in to the other, an insufferable, witty thief or the cold, ruthless Alpha?

"These humans are in love with bright lights." Austin whines as he shields his eyes from the harsh glare of the mall lights.

I squint as the glare of the light burns my eye balls. We thought coming in to shop in the evening  would be a better idea than shopping in the day time. We thought wrong. First, the lights were too harsh, second, there were so many humans, so many humans.

"Do they never get tired?" Austin complains once more.

"Unless you want to go shopping with the girls, you guys can go on your own." I hook hands with Abby to prove my point.

Austin just walks away from us.

"That boy is a bag of complains and you guys keep shoving us together." Erin mutters.

"Just meet back here in an hour." I tell him. Abby already looked disinterested and was looking elsewhere, her feigned disinterest was obviously wounding him.

I pull her to the opposite direction from where Austin followed.
