Chapter 13 – What do you mean by that, Feng bastard?

"Mr. Li, hope you've felt better now?" Teacher Kuang asked Li Yu coldly in a threatening way.

Li Yu who was just about to falsify an unhealthy look immediately felt a shiver, he couldn't help but nod his head in a hurry, scared that he would be putting his hand in a lion's mouth if he were to do as he initially thought.

"Ye- Yes ma'am, I've felt better now."

"Good, since you've felt better and back in shape, I hope you would be able to submit the assignment I gave you a day before yesterday, tomorrow morning."

"I definitely will submit it first thing tomorrow morning ma'am."

Li Yu was definitely scared speechlessly at the moment.

Teacher Kuang felt excited when she realized that she never failed her job as a teacher and that she wasn't at fault.

With an unchanging expression, she continued coldly.

"Mr. Li, the reason why I called you to my office this morning is to speak to you concerning your academics."

"Finally here," Li Yu thought happily. Everything is now getting back on track.

Before Li Yu's reincarnation, when he was still in the same class he was now, Li Yu remembered Teacher Kuang also calling him to her office like this, not because of an assignment, but to talk about Li Yu's academy which was also the start and cause of their bond.

Li Yu felt happy despite the change in the script, things still went as expected.

"Mr. Li, I've gone through all your results since your year one, and I feel unhappy with everything I've seen so far."

Teacher Kuang looked at Li Yu quietly for a moment before she continued talking in her stoned cold voice.

"Mr. Li, although I don't know what your plans are for the future, if it's to further your education, then I can definitely tell that with your current grades, It certainly would only remain a mere dream."

Not minding her wordings at all, she continued shooting the cold truth at Li Yu.

Li Yu couldn't help but remember that, that's what she said in the past which made him so mad and unhappy.

But would he, with forty years old memories still get hurt by such words when he knew she was only looking out for his own good? Definitely no.

"So Mr. Li, can you tell me what your plans are for the future?"

Teacher Kuang had definitely forgotten her aim of making Li Yu regret the way he talked to her by now.

The only thing she's feeling now is; care for her students' lives and future.

Not wanting to mess things up again, Li Yu decided to go along with the original script which is still fresh amongst all things in his head.

Li Yu suddenly changed his expression and tone to a sobered mood.

"Ma- ma'am, I- I wish to- to further my education in the future."

The tone and mood made even the cold look on teacher Kuang's ever-unchanging face softened a bit.

"Then why aren't you helping yourself at all, Mr. Li?"

She couldn't help but sigh softly and ask in a gentle voice that now only contained little but definitely coldness.

"Ma'am, it's not that I don't want to change and get good grades, it's just that It's always very difficult for me to study and comprehend what I'm being taught, I also always get easily distracted when I'm being taught things, especially in school."

Teacher Kuang's expression has already softened a lot at the moment, she's feeling much pity for Li Yu right now.

"Mr. Li, do you need my help?"

"Finally! Back on track…."

If one were to look over Li Yu's sad expression at this moment and look into his mind, one would see that he had become very excited.

Li Yu forced a single tear to drop from his eyes which caused more pity from teacher Kuang for him.

With an excited voice that was truly right out of Li Yu's heart, he said; "Yes ma, I definitely would need it ma, I would certainly appreciate it if you could give me your help ma'am."

"Good, I will begin making plans of how to go with the tutoring before tomorrow, I will give you the plans when you come to submit the assignment I gave you."

Li Yu was flabbergasted when he realized his big sister hadn't forgotten the assignment despite the emotional period.

Though he felt this way, the happiness and satisfaction in him could not be hidden at all.

"You can leave now Mr. Li."

"Oh…."

Li Yu was stunned when he heard that chilling voice. He didn't expect Teacher Kuang to chase him out just like that, uncaringly.

Li Yu hurriedly stood up so as not to invite unnecessary wrath upon himself.

"Mr. Li, don't forget to submit the assignment tomorrow morning," Teacher Kuang reminded Li Yu coldly just when he was about to exit her office.

"What a double personified woman," Li Yu thought speechlessly when he felt the coldness radiating from Teacher Kuang's voice again.

Teacher Kuang watched Li Yu quietly as he exited her office.

"What a poor fellow," She thought with pity.

Li Yu's entire classmates turned quiet when he entered, everybody turned their heads to look at him with varied expressions when he returned to the class.

Some were looking at Li Yu with pity, some were looking at him with care, some were looking at him in pure curiosity while the rest were looking at him in delight.

"What a poor fellow."

"Hai!! I'm sure he would have received his part of Teacher Kuang's coldness by now."

People began to mutter to themselves.

Although they were talking quietly, how quietly could they get that would make Li Yu with sharp ears not hear this, yet, as always he decided to ignore them as they are not worth getting angered over.

What had he, an ordinary laborer not faced in his past life, so this little piece of mocking does not affect Li Yu in the least.

Li Yu totally ignored everybody's mocking and began walking to his seat at the back.

"That bastard dared to offend Teacher Kuang and dared not offend me, isn't that knowing his place?!" someone suddenly mocked Li Yu in a loud voice, not caring at all, and even seeming to want Li Yu to hear it.

Li Yu who heard that mocked voice raised his head to glance coldly in the direction of the person that had just spoken.

The person that spoke was Mo Feng, an ugly, short, and thin boy with fat lips, a big nose, and wide brows, just like a clown.

Mo Feng was a bully who has a hobby of always hating on anyone more handsome compared to him.

His father was one of the local tyrants around 'Zed high school', so Mo Feng was always able to bully anyone that contradicts him to his heart's content without any fear due to knowing that there was someone who would always get his back.

He had been looking for different opportunities to bully Li Yu since the day he had set his sight on him. But due to Li Yu always keeping quiet and ignoring everybody, not talking to anyone apart from Huizhong had made Mo Feng did not have the opportunity.

One more thing, Mo Feng hates bullying anyone that do not contradict him as he would not find joy and satisfaction in it, so this had made Li Yu successfully escape Mo Feng's bully, which had become one of Mo Feng's greatest regret.

When Li Yu saw the person that talked, he looked coldly and ignored him.

"What the f*ck, do you just give me that cold look for?! Are you looking down on me?!"

Mo Feng became really excited when he thought Li Yu was finally going to contradict him.

"Sigh!!! That Li Yu boy is done for this time around,"

"Is there something wrong with this Li Yu now? Hadn't he always been a gentle and quiet boy?!"

"Why the f*ck would he be offending the people he isn't supposed to offend now?!"

"Mo Feng is someone that would never ever let anyone that offends him go Scott free, sigh…."

All students began to speak amongst themselves quietly.

Some were scared by what was going to happen, some were excited while some, well… one person is angered by what was going to happen.

"I asked you a question, do you just give me that cold look?! Are you looking down on me?!"

Mo Feng has become literally excited by now when he saw Li Yu look down and ignore him.

He began to walk step by step in a threatening manner toward Li Yu who stood still in anger at the moment.

"What the f*cking problem does this bastard have, how dare he interrupt my train of thought," Li Yu thought in anger.

"What do you mean by that, Feng bastard?!"

Huizhong suddenly asked in anger as he rushed to Li Yu's side when he saw how Mo Feng was questioning his brother.

Huizhong has been bearing with Mo Feng all these years despite how much Mo Feng had been looking for troubles against his brother. But Huizhong can't take it anymore now.
