Chapter 6

“Right?”

“Yes!” Chris ducked his head and praised the dark under the bleachers that hid his blush. “Yeah, you know I will,” he murmured.

Will chuckled, a sinfully hot sound that only served to burn Chris up even more. Wow, this must be what it felt like to stand on the surface of the Sun. With a nudge of Will’s nose against Chris’ jaw, Chris easily surrendered and bared his throat. Will murmured something against his skin and licked a short stripe from his collarbone to just below the slightly throbbing ear.

He almost couldn’t check the moan that bubbled up. But he had to ask, “What did you say?”

At first, Will ignored his question, and Chris thought maybe the question was too breathlessly spoken. He groaned, about to let it go, simply because Will had him undone with the barest bit of necking, and he couldn’t find the wherewithal to ask again. But Will surprised him.

“I said salty and sweet. Guess you weren’t lyin’ about needing to wash off all the sugar.”
