Ch9: Her Training

Carbonado, Washington, 2070...

Galia's POV;

Yesterday the kids of this place let me sleep in a spare room, I'm grateful they let me, and now it's morning.

The window of the spare room has a few droplets of rain on it, it was probably the morning dew.

I had awoken early, before the others but footsteps were heard loudly and quickly. They became louder, as the person came closer.

The person opened the spare room door, will a toothy grin. "'Ello Darlin' your training starts today!" The person exclaimed, and i sat up from the cot i had slept on.

"Who are you?" I asked, and the person sighed.

"Nothin' you need to know right now, Hunny!" The person, grabbed my wrist and dragged me out of bed.

I groaned and fell to the floor with a thud.

"Hunny hurry up i aint got no time for slacking!" The person said, heaving me up off the floor and onto a chair.

"damn you to hades, cant i just sleep?" I groaned, sitting in the chair.

"nuh uh lady, come on." The person grabbed my arm again, heaving me onto his back and running out of the room with me on him.

"where are we going?" i asked, watching the person intensely.

"trainin' room sweetie!" He kept running, before we made it to the training room, which happened to be an old gym that they put some gym toys and weights and stuff in.

"Ah-"

"Come on! Come on!" The person interrupted me, dropping me onto the floor, leaving me to stand up and dust off my clothes.

i followed the person to a woman, who stood tall, almost around 6 foot i think.

"This is Sakura- hun can you introduce yourself?" The person asked and sakura nodded.

"I am Sakura, daughter of Aphrodite. i am a demigod. this man here is my father" Sakura said, pointing to a different person close to her.

The man smiled and nodded. "I am Samuel, call me sam" He said, shaking my hand, he was decently handsome. he had brown hair that reached his shoulders and tanned skin. He had braids in his hair as well.

"I am Galia, Im the child of the gods. the chosen one, zeus told me" I answered, shaking his hand back. after i said that, the others went silent.

that was before Sakura spoke up. "You? you are the chosen one from the prophecy?" She asked, and i nodded.

"I was told i was a chosen one by Zeus and Hera, wasnt told anything about a prophect"

Sakura gasped at my reaction. Her father ignored her gasp and just smiled.

"Well, Galia, we will have to talk about it another time, today you train."

i nodded, with a grin plastered onto my slightly tanned skin. my brown slight waves ran down my back. My once dull grey eyes, now danced with a million of colors.

time to train.
