[Bonus chapter]Forbearing and Unbecoming

Erin can't believe that he is actually doing it again. 

"I'm really sorry Erin," he was on the phone with her twin sister Rinei, who was on a business trip. When she called him in to attend a mother's day event at his nephew Lorenz's school. "Can you attend the event on my behalf? I really can't get there in time," 

He stared at Lucas who just twitched his shoulders at him in his dismay. 

"But," he then turned to look at Lorenz's sad expression. 

Guess he has no choice then. 

After hearing his story, Lizzy and Reese hurriedly went to his rescue. Or should he say, laughingly came? 

"After so many years, I can't believe that you'd still end up doing things like this," Reese tried to hide his laughter. But even Lizzy was too obvious.

"Stop teasing or I might end up ruining his make-up."

"I'm only doing this for Lorenz,"

"You sure haven't used cosplay in front of Marc these days?"
