John started learning Guide to Advanced Occlumency a book by Maxwell Barnett.

So he first built a temporary wall around the memory and he then started building a palace with various rooms and lobbies similar to Hogwarts and put the memories in the deepest parts where there was a kitchen. He put the memories in the jars in systematic order. He decided to pick Kitchen because anyone who attacks his mind would first go to the library instead of the kitchen so he was safe.

Later, he constructed a diamond with a hollowed body and kept the palace inside it. He did this to reflect and refract the attacks before reaching the core region. Then he made asteroids ring around the diamond which rotate around it. He then placed hexagonal-shaped and pentagonal-shaped shields similar to the Fullerene structure. To complete all this he needed 2 years.

During this time, he also learned Lumos, Accio, Alohomora, Expelliarmus, Geminio, Nox, Reparo, Reparifors, Scourgify, Stupefy, Wingardium Leviosa wandlessly. He also started doing it silently, but the spells' intent and will were difficult to learn. He never told his parents about it because he wanted to remain low-key. He also had a little brother Alex. He would play with him daily, so their bonding was good. He started talking at the age of 1 and 1/2. When father had taken him to a banquet, he fainted due to many voices being heard.

John's father instead of worried was happy because his son was a natural legilimen. This talent was the Bloodline talent of the Carrow family. He then decided to make him the heir of the family. Although there was a heated session between John's mom and dad they decided to make Alex the Heir of the family.

John had not disclosed his talent. He was determined to be low-key. From then on he made his brother in the spotlight in every way possible. He always stayed in the room reading and practicing spells wandlessly. His relationship displayed to his mom and dad cleared their doubts as they thought that their son would get angry or jealous because of their decision. Drake had not yet disclosed the matter of the Heir of the house as he decided to do so after Alex turned 7-8 years old. At this time John would be 11-12 years old and would have matured a little bit.

John now was 6 years old, he had learned the spells wandlessly, and new spells were added as well. He wanted to see his status so he ordered 'status'.
