I didn't have to worry about overly muscular and bulky body, because in exercise, of you do more sets with weak exercises, you gain more muscles, but if you do less sets of extreme exercises, you will get muscles that will make you stronger. The previous bulky muscles are only for looks.

I learnt all this when I joined the online training class of a gym, but I only attended one class. My lazy ass refused to workout in my previous life.

So, my plan for the day was, train Armament haki first, followed by Observation haki and finally work out, but this time, with a lot of weights and extreme exercises.

I continued hitting until I felt that the pain was increasing, which meant that my haki was depleting. I wasn't a fool and knew when to stop. There is a difference between pushing your limits and foolishness.

Even if I tried pushing myself and continued,y haki wouldn't increase, as it didn't depend more on physical strength.

I then rested for a while and went to Tagitsu for my observation haki training. I walked to her and said "Tagitsu, I need you to do what we did yesterday." and she turned to me and said "I can't wait to best you up like yesterday."

I then sat down blindfolded and Tagitsu started attacking me with her tail, whipping it from all directions. She would swing her tail towards my left and I would duck down to dodge it, but she would change her direction midway and swing it down, hitting my head.

After I felt that I had enough beating for the day, we stopped our training and Tagitsu sat down near me while breathing heavily. I was just sitting down while she moved around constantly.

I then searched online and some say that it was for the readers and some say Oda changed the design after the timeskip. Since black fists are unique in Mauro world and cool, I will go with black haki)
