Chapter 10

We slept together and it was anything but pleasant. Tagitsu wrapped her tail tightly around me and squeezed me while I tried my best to keep my bones and joints safe. A snake has enough strength to completely crush the bones of a human.

Only after she got tired of the little game, she went to sleep, loosening the grip around me and letting me sleep. This repeated again the next morning. I woke up to her right grip around me.

That's when a certain anime popped into my head, which I remember watching since I ran out of options at a certain point of time. It is about Demi-humans and in it m, they showed that the tail is the weak part of a lamia.

I reached out to the tail after struggling for a while and as soon as I gripped the tip of the tail, I heard a squeak and the grip around me loosened.

I used the moment to slip out of her grip and move away from her. The thing I find weird is that, everyday I wake up to find Tagori sleeping on me everyday, with my face covered.

She did tell that she moved in her sleep and she likes to cuddle something while sleeping, but I had a feeling that there is more to this.

Back to me and Tagitsu, I got out from her grip and managed to place Tagori back on the bed, as I had to carry her to get up.

I then looked at Tagitsu, whose face was flushed as I still rubbed the end of the tail. She then said in a low voice "Let go you bastard." and tried moving, but I wouldn't let go. But she was stronger, she managed to even lift me from the bed and throw me down, freeing herself.

She caught her tail and asked "What were you doing? How do you know about our tail?" loud enough to wake up the other two.

They heard Tagitsu scream and asked her what happened. She said "He was rubbing the tip of my tail." and both were surprised when they heard that.

Ichikishima chuckled and said "The food is trying to mess with the prey. Fufufufu.... I like you even more now." and Tagori said "Ara....Ara....Hatsuo, where did you learn that?" with a smile.

I replied "I just grabbed something I found and I happen to find something interesting." and Tagitsu glared at me while Ichikishima and Tagori chuckled.

"Tagitsu, Ichikishima, don't you have to guard the cave? Get to work." Tagori said, being the responsible elder sister. She then turned to me and said "Hatsuo, do what you usually do. I will call you when I finish preparing breakfast."

Everyone nodded and got to work. I also got up and took bath in a lake near the cave. I had my breakfast and continued with my practice of those inscriptions.

The day went by as usual, me practicing inscriptions all the time, the only breaks being the time I chat with Tagori, Ichikishima and my small fights with Tagitsu.

While I spent my time with all three, I got to know them better. First Tagori, she is the textbook definition of a perfect wife. She knows cooking, does all the chores, knows when to be strict and when to be kind.

Next Tagitsu, she is the polar opposite of Tagori. She is ruthless, rude and most of all, respects people with a kind brave heart. Our fights and quarrels grew in numbers everyday. Everytime we meet, it would end in a fight.

And lastly Ichikishima, she is a messed up character under that childish and bright face. I had accidentally seen her give a trial to a person, where she enjoys playing with them and tiring them till they have very little strength and eats them at the end. My conversation with her is always uncomfortable for me.

Three sisters with different personalities, who made my time here in the Ryuchi Cave interesting. Just like that, I was told that five months had passed by just to learn the inscriptions. I had practiced the inscriptions several times with the normal ink and the chakra ink.

With the most difficult thing out of the way, I prepared the rest. The blood of five species was the easiest. I just went to the butcher and asked for chicken, pork and beef blood, which they throw away. As for the other two, I used snake blood from the big snakes of the Ryuchi Cave and the last one was mine.

And finally, the container I will be in. I asked the carpenter for one and he asked if it was for a funeral. I didn't give him the details, but made sure to specify not to make the box look like a coffin.

I got a normal cuboidal box which still looked little like a coffin if you looked closely.

For the final item, my sperms. I masturbated imagining Tagori's naked body. I will admit that I was attracted to her. Since I had to do a few test rounds without me, I had to masturbate many times.

I drew the inscriptions on the wooden box and turned to Tagori. She nodded her head and channeled her Nature energy to the inscriptions. The traveller who left the scroll was smart. He made it so that, if the inscriptions are correct, they will glow in blue color when supplied with energy. When there is some error in it, it glows red.

As she channeled her Nature energy to the inscriptions, it started glowing blue, which was a good sign. I then prepared the rest of the items needed and asked the snake sage for help.

This was the most important part of the process and I needed a lot of energy for it. I said "Snake sage, I want you to send me that Nature energy and I will have to learn to absorb it during the process. I would also need more, so I would need your help in constantly supplying Nature energy."

She smiled and agreed. I then turned to Tagori and said "I need you to seal the box tightly after I get inside." to which she nodded. As for the rest two sisters, they were just spectating the whole thing while sitting nearby.

I then sat in the box and asked the snake sage to start the process. She extended her head and bit me in the neck. It is said that the major chakra paths flow through the neck. That's why they all aim there.

She injected Nature energy into me and it was a weird feeling. I never felt chakra, so feeling an energy flow inside me was new to me. The energy soon entered my body and I felt my body trying to resist the flow.

The energy made changes to my body as I felt my skin slowly turn into scales and my canine tooth becoming longer. I immediately tried to control myself and got into the box.

Tagori also acted immediately and closed the box shut. The Nature energy slowly started flowing out of my body and into the inscriptions, which helped me control the energy and learn the feeling of the Nature energy.

I could feel it around me and I remembered the training from the show that said I need to be completely still to feel the energy. Since I was already in a box, it wasn't difficult.

Soon, I felt my body becoming absolutely still, which isn't normal, as it shouldn't happen to a normal person like me, who can't stay still for even a minute.

That's when I noticed that although my brain was functioning, I had no feeling of my body, I could only feel the Nature energy and its flow.

The inscriptions might have given me an anesthesia, as my body is going to go under tremendous changes and it will be painful. It is good, as I was scared when I heard that it is like the body reforming of the Wuxia novels, where the characters always end up in a pool of blood and scream the whole time.

As I was slowly starting to feel the energy even more and felt a sense of connection to it. It was a comfortable and calm feeling and I could feel the Nature through it. The calm and peaceful energy through the trees and animals in the forest.

It also became a terrifying energy that had raw uncontrolled power. While I made myself comfortable to the feeling of the Nature energy, I sensed another energy inside me.

I tried feeling it, but I wasn't successful. Well, I had all the time till the reforming process is done. I tried again and again, but it was useless.

I sense the energy at a moment, but before I could focus on it, it disappears. As I was starting to give up on the energy, I felt a strange connection to something through the Nature energy.

As I concentrated more on it, I was hit by different emotions and thoughts. The suddenly appeared in my head and I was immediately confused.

It took me a while to calm down my mind and after going through all those thoughts, I was motivated to get this strange and sneeky energy.

Instead of waiting for it, I tried my best to concentrate on it, eliminating the feeling of the Nature energy, I should only have that energy inside me.

It took me a while and complete concentration, but I was able to finally find the energy. As I concentrated more on it, I could feel that it was my energy. More like my spiritual energy that had all my emotions.

I then remembered the explanation of Haki from One piece as the manifestation of a person's spiritual energy arising due to willpower, fighting spirit, intimidation, etc.

As I felt it more, the more I learnt about it. It was deeply connected to my spirit and how I felt, my motivation, my determination and all.

Slowly, I started to regain my senses and the feeling of my body returned to me. It was totally weird feeling where I could feel nothing, see nothing, hear nothing. I guess this is how dead people feel after death.

I gradually returned to my normal self and I could feel my strength returning. I actually felt stronger.

I opened my eyes and ears immediately hit by a rotten smell that could scare away anyone. I knocked on the door, but no one responded.

I clenched my fist and wanted to test out my powers. I channeled the haki all over my body and it enhanced my strength. I punched through the wooden box and broke through the top of the box.

I came out of the box and looked around. I found the Snake sage in front of me smiling as she watched me. I wanted to ask why she didn't let me out of the box, but I didn't dare argue with her.

I then found Tagori, Tagitsu and Ichikishima unconscious near the box. The snake snage was about to explain what happened outside, but I stopped him because I knew what happened.

These three also helped the sage with supplying Nature energy and almost turned into stones many times. I know all this because the connection I felt when I was unconscious was the link due to the Nature energy they were sending me.

I also found out their thoughts and their emotions. I then turned to the sage and asked "How long was I unconscious?" and she replied "One year"

It was definitely shocking. I felt taller than before and stronger than before. What is new was that I could sense the presence of many snakes and animals around me, which I didn't know whether it was due to Haki or Nature energy.

The snake sage asked out of curiosity "So, what are the results of your weird experimet?" and I replied "Well, we might have to wait a little longer for that."

"Oh, you have changed a lot in just one year." she said, as I wasn't talking to her with fear. That doesn't mean I don't fear her now. She could totally kill me with just a single bite.

I said "I guess the sage is imagining that because we haven't talked to each other for a year."

"We can talk later. You should first take these three to their room and clean up. You smell terrible." she said and I agreed.

I picked all three sisters and walked towards the room. On the way, Tagitsu, the strong one, managed to wake up and she looked at me carrying her by her waist.

She moved a little, but didn't say anything. She just looked at me and I also looked at her before focusing on the road. The whole place is very dark and it is easy to run into a wall of not careful.
