Chapter 1 ; Prologue : The Fourth Prince of Vartilla.

My name is Aine Vartila am a 16 year old prince of the Kingdom of Vartila, right now the way things are going I might never rule our kingdom because of my older siblings, I had given up hope when my father King Vartila the 99th announced yesterday night during supper that my eldest brother Calfine is to inherit the throne after his retirement but then all of it happened in one night.

I had gone out with some guards to meet a merchant because my father had tasked me with it and when I had returned at night with my father's royal guard - - - the castle was in flames.

I'd wondered why this happened or why but the only thing that came to my mind was;

"We must inform the public of His Majesty and my brother's passing do not falter ," I spoke to the 15 royal guards who were before me in shock.

"But Your Highness, one of your brothers is about to come out of the burnt castle, look!!"

I look at Calfine dragging his body out of the flames as I grit my teeth the only thing that comes to mind is, 'No way in hell will I let you have the easy life when am here.'

"Gun him down!! that's just a demon in disguise, the one that killed my precious family please save our kingdom," I cling to the captain of the royal guard like a scared child.

"Follow Your Highness' orders shoot and kill that devil dressed as our future king!!" all of the men in white military wear of nobility point the gun at my brother who used to pick on me for being the youngest but now.... "YES MY LORD!!"

BANG!! BANG!! BANG!! BANG!! BANG!!

Gunshots rang outside the castle that was in flames on that day as I praised the person who did all this and now ;

I shall rule this nation with an iron fist!!
