Master Deng had no reason to refuse. After all, he did not want to go back home and compared to walking around the street aimlessly, following Jiang Fenhua seemed a bit better.
So, he agreed and the two mers set off to buy some clothes for Qiao Lanying.
Though Jiang Fenhua did not let Qiao Shao meet with her daughter, he did not bar the rest of the Qiao family which was why he had a lot of money to spare as he went shop to shop one after another.
By the time he was satisfied with his purchase Master Deng could no longer feel his legs. The two mers were now sitting in the VIP room of the Mer Bar.
Master Deng looked around the chic bar and heard the sound of slow and elegant music being played behind the wooden screen.
He could notice many high-profile mers sitting in the bar. In their hands were shiny glasses which were not only exquisite but looked really pretty with the colourful liquid inside of them.
